The rooms are clean and comfortable. The courtyard is delightful! Great breakfast and a lovely place to sit in the evenings after touring all day. Some nice chill music in the courtyard and a comfortable breeze. We had fun and tonics and chilled after a long day of touring! Excellent location close to the main tourist area and also close to local shopping. Loved it!

That I had to leave so early that I missed the breakfast, but I got a package with very a tasty sandwich with feta cheese and tomatoes from the very friendly guy working there, I am sure the breakfast would have been nice if I had the time.

A nice garden, feels like far from the busy tourist streets, but very close. The garden is a very nice and quiet place to stay and relax, and you can get to the shops in a minute or so. A lot of cute turtles to watch, living in the garden, and a bar with possibilities for a simple meal in the evening and breakfast in the garden. Very cute room, probably newly renovated. I would absolutely stay here again to this price level also next time.

Beautiful garden setting for breakfast and afternoon drinks, complete with laden pomegranate tree. Family atmosphere. Friendly staff. The rooms quaintly old fashioned but the bed was comfortable and it was very clean.

I loved the property. It was quietly sophisticated and the owners had real heart and soul, I was blown away by the attention to detail of the two brothers and cousin and genuine care they take over everything. Lovely evening meal cooked by their Mother and a totally delicious Breakfast. I only had one night before going to Izmir airport but it was my favourite night. So comfortable, with contemporary bathroom and lovely bed linen.. Artistic and original old building of Ottoman Greek architecture and beautifully renovated. Lovely relaxed courtyard Garden.

Aircon was a bit old. It was functional enough to make the room just cool enough to sleep comfortably. A new aircon would improve the room.

We only spent one night. This place had everything we needed.

We walked from the ferry port and got off track. We were pleasantly surprised when we finally found the place. It is a little oasis in the city. It has a lovely garden with tables chairs and swings and an outdoor bar. All very inviting. We love these local boutique kind of places. We detest chain restaurants and accomodatiins.The Turkish breakfast was huge and delicious.

I highly recommend to everyone to stay at the Garden Palace Hotel in Kusadasi. Fantastic location, possibility of parking, clean, modern and spacious rooms and a very nice garden, where you can rest and take a drink after your activities in the area. But, best of all, what a breakfast! You will very rarely have something better than what you got here! And what can be said about the staff?
