Family owned business, Ismiel is so helpful with everything. Nice and clean room. The location of this hotel is excellent, close to all attractions, main town and restaurants in Istanbul. Really quiet neighbourhood. Enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again if I visited Istanbul.

The location is great, the staff extremly helpful and friendly(special thanks to Ismael, he's the nicest hotel worker I've met). The hotel is very clean nd comfortable. Breakfast is simple but a lot of veggies so I was happy with it.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just 2 min walk to a popular restaurant area and 5 min walk to the Grand Bazaar. The tram 1 also passes very close to the hotel, so it is very well connected to the rest of the city. The room was very big and it was exceptionally clean, just like the rest of the hotel! The breakfast was also very good. The staff working in the hotel made us feel like at home, they are so kind and helpful and really made our stay comfortable, especially Ismail who I can't thank enough for his hospitality and kindness! I would recommend this hotel to everyone, and I am sure that I will come back here the next time I'm in Istanbul.

The private room is very small (but with a nice view). Also you can hear the room next door. But it's a good place to stay, I recommend.

Very, very friendly owner of the hotel and his staff. We were staying with our child and they helped us with everything and made us feel wellcomed. Rooms were clean and bed were comfortable. It was a peaceful hotel in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recomend this hotel! 🤗

I had booked a single room, the actual usable area of room excluding the bathroom was not more than 60 sft. It was ok for me as I was coming to room only to sleep, otherwise it would have been difficult

We stayed to the hotel 29/3-1/4. The location is great. 5 minutes to the nearest tram station, wich is next to Kapali carsi, 15minutes on foot to Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque. The staff was very nice and kind - and of course the owner, Ismail is very good person. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was nice. When we come back to Istanbul we are going to stay to the same hotel.

We had an awsome stay in this sparkling clean hotel with everything working just as it should. The host Ismail is fantastic, he gave us warm welcome, and shared some cool tips about the city. He also prepares the best turkish tea. Highly recommend this place for comfy stay and great local insights.

The hotel is very cute and well located. The room was cozy and clean, with very comfortable bed. The staff was very nice and helpful! We had an early flight and they arranged the taxi to pick us up and let us have breakfast before 8. Overall we had a really good experience.

The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and available at any time for any questions or needs. The room was spacious (which is not so typical for these kinds of hotels in Istanbul). Very close to the metro lines and other attractions. A nice breakfast as well, very tasty, could use a bigger offer for people staying at the hotel for more than a few days.

The room was super small and no place to keep your bags. Once the bags are open, no place to walk whatso ever in the room. We were given the top most room, so had to walk one floor. Vegetarian options are limited in breakfast.

Nothing at all it was all very good😃perhaps the only downside is the hotel is on a steep street but lots of restaurants near the hotel and attractions nearby, to get to the restaurants just turn right out of the hotel and walk down the street for about ten minutes and take your pick they all basically serve the same dishes one of my favourite was Sezgin restaurant opposite the Ahmet Efendi Konagi hotel which was nice and quiet if you want a quieter dinner and drinks and the Mira restaurant which is basic but nice also near to the restaurant is a cash machine if you need any Turkish Lira.

Checkin was straight forward and easy and the staff were all very friendly and helpful,was my Second stay at the hotel and I think it's great value for money and room was very clean and tidy they can also arrange for a taxi to collect you and take you back to the airport all in all a very nice hotel to stay in from another satisfied customer!😃

Nothing really just that the room was on the small side.

This is a small hotel with a big heart right in the centre of the Sultanahmet area. A few mins walk to the Beyazit tram station then just 2 stops for Topkapi Saray.
