The bed was not comfortable for me.

All the staffs that we met were very helpful especially Henry. The hotel situated across the street from the walkway entrance to the travertines. In the morning, we saw hot air balloons from our balcony.

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to. It’s even better than some five star hotels. The staff are amazing and helpful. Amazing views of Pamukkale from the hotel and walking distance to the town entrance.

Location, just in front and within 5 minutes walking to Pamukkale entrance. Turgay, the manager, was very friendly and helpful with our last-minute reservation.

We have room with balcony with the best possible view of Pamukale. Really magic to wake up in the morning and see white clifs of Pamukale. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. We have brakfast and dinner on premises and the food was very good.

I loved everything there. The owner Is so kind so much disponible with every Need of clients. The staff Is super. They pay attention for make stay more confortable possible. The hotel Is in front of the entrance of the beautiful pammukkale's thermes and you have the possibility of buying ticket for there and for the hot air ballon directly in reception. Rooms are so romantic and so clean and a Little balcony Is perfect for smoking a cigarette in relax. Swimming pool Is located into the fantastic garden of the hotel and Is perfect in the sunset hour. I Will come back surely

We spent only one night at Hal-Tur so I couldn’t identify any disadvantage

The location - our room had a huge tarace with a direct view on Travertines of Pamukkale. The Host (owner) Turgai made our stay really cosy. Depends on the month, ca. at 6:30 am you will be able to see the spectacular flights of hot air ballon directly from the hotel (unless you will be the passenger of the flight).

I love everything about this hotel especially the location just right in front the Cotton Castle and Hot Air Balloon (HAB) departure terminal. The warm and welcoming hospitality of hotel owner Mr Fattah, the manager Mr Turgay, the personels Mr Khairullah and Mr Bahader are superb. They make sure our needs are well taken care of during our stay. Mr Bahader the multi tusker personel helped me fixed my broken luggage with his expertise as if nothing is broken. They even arranged for our family the HAB and Private Tour to Hearapolis Ancient City with English spoken kind and friendly tourist guide Ms Aynur. The hotel is very beautiful and clean. We stayed at the rooftop room with whole floor terrace for our own to enjoy infinity view of the magnificent Cotton Castle. My family really enjoyed our 2 nights stay at this hotel. If we were to come back to Pamukkale, we definitely shall return to this hotel again.

This hotel provides a great location from which to explore the Pamukkale thermal pools and Hierapolis. The rooms and breakfast are good and the service from the hotel staff is excellent.

Very good breakfast,fruit,cheese,ham,etc. Excellent location with view of travertines,5 minutes walk from entrance. Beautiful outdoor pool and garden. Staff extremely welcoming and helpful. Lovely rooms with balcony. Would recommend staying here
