I would say that they switch off the AC during winter, but they accommodated us by changing the settings and allowing us to have an amazing stay.

I would normally say it's a good hotel. However the staff here are amazing, and it wouldn't be fair to say it's a good hotel. I have to rate this as excellent. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

nothing, they just forgot to clean our room the first day, but they provided clean towels after we mentioned the issue.

Breakfast was awesome, the location was great, the reception and the staff were very polite and nice. We booked the hotel with super discount so it really was worth the money, but for the full price I would say it is kind of expensive hotel.

The property was ideal as it is in a beautiful area that is quiet and very relaxing. The proximity to the city was also ideal. The amenities were perfect. The rooms were large and comfortable. Everything was new and exceptionally clean. The staff were also very helpful and communicative. So if you are looking to wind down and relax in a beautiful area that is close to Trabzon then Hayal Vadisi is where you should be.

Best hotel i ever experienced the sithan the i open I writehis name right hehe but he is really nice guy and he did help me a lot by picking a best room and service and the restaurant is one of the most beautiful place to eat i got special treatment from fateh, halel and yashrir and they treat all costumers the same with maximum effort i loved the restaurant because of them and the taste was really nice…. At last I would recommend anyone to book in this hotel i will grant you won’t regret between the room so big and nice and super clean

I can't think of a single thing

I literally liked every single thing. The breakfast is mind-blowing, such a nice view. You can also walk from the hotel for horseback riding. The staff is polite and so helpful. I literally wish everyone could have the fun and chill I had there. The price is so convenient for such a service. I couldn't sleep at night as much as I was enjoying sitting in the garden. Then I would wake up again early in the morning just to look at the green mountains facing the hotel.

Amazing experience we had there, if you are targeting relaxation and amazing views, this is a perfect place. Very friendly staff at reception A little bit far from the city center (20 kilo from trabzon metdan, around 20 to 25$ taxi), but overall experience is amazing, and the view worth it
