A very busy area and narrow street access. Aircon was unable to be adjusted so either off, or 30 degrees C

The staff were simply delightful! Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and for the price, excellent value. Breakfast was traditional Turkish and very fresh.

I would appreciate more than one cup of tea for the breakfast :) But the breakfast overall was ok - eggs and various types of cheese, honey and olives, vegetables and crusty bread.

Very close to the airport but it wasn't noisy. Clean and pleasant room, excellent bed (I know what I'm talking about as I have a bad spine). The staff was very nice and helped me ordering a taxi. Ideal place for overnight stay

We stayed for a night between our flights. The hotel is in the central area of Arnavutkoy very close to restaurants, shops and the local mall. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are very clean and cosy.

Location ,lots of quality food at very reasonable prices. Only 15 minutes away from airport. Best for those who just want to stopover and rest for a day nearby airport. Taxi normally cost ~ 225 Lira onwards way. Busy area

Very welcoming and helpful staff … we reached at 1140 and the check in time was at 2 but they allowed early check in for no cost… we also needed some clear wrap for packing a few things and they were generous enough to offer it! Excellent stay! Comfortable breakfast… thank you!

Excellent value, very attentive staff, close to the airport, in the middle of town with plenty shopping and food outlets within 2 minutes walk. Specious rooms, comfy beds and good water preasure! Highly recommend:)

Breakfast was served in or room, as we asked them to. We're checking out at 7 am so we couldn't have the full one. But look at the photo and how amazing it was. The room was clean, cozy and had a comfy bed.

This is a wonderful place to stay for those looking to be close to the IST airport, The rooms are modern, clean, and welcoming, just like in the photos. The staff were really wonderful and always willing to help you out. We needed to stay for an emergency extra night and they helped us out. They helped us obtain a card for public transport, exchange some currency, and they got us taxis scheduled whenever we needed them. It is also well-located - all the airport hotels are about a 20-30 minute taxi ride from IST airport. Istanbul city centre is about 45min-1hr away by taxi. You can also take public transit into Istanbul city centre - it is a bus and then a short tram ride - but this is much longer and takes about 90-120 min. Overall, the value here is unbelievably good.

It's a super sweet hotel with very nice and understanding managers. They allowed me to stay with my dog for an additional daily fee (35 eur). Also they have upgraded my room to a bigger one with a large terrace. And the last, but not least, they were always helping me with parking :)

My mattress was very uncomfortable, and I realised why only after a troubled night's sleep - the mattress was upside down (see pics)!

The staff are proactive and professionally friendly. The hotel is close to the airport and they help you with anything you need. The rooms are modern and there are total black-out curtains. There are restaurants within a very short walk.
