Rooms are very small and there is no balcony. Very bad thing was that I asked if there is balcony and I got positive answer and then when I arrived there they say no out hotel does not have rooms with balcony. But for the money you give is ok. Breakfast is good but very expensive. For 9 eur in Bursa you can eat a lot of good things. Also I recomend restaurant MAMIS very near to the hotel arround 4 min walking with very good food and very affordable prices.

The value for the money is ok. The rooms are clean and staff are very polite and helpfull. Location is not bad because is arraound 5km from center and taxi take arround 5 eur one way which is ok.

I paid 65 euros per room for 3 rooms while the hotel advertised outside the entrance 55 euros per room. I regret to book through booking.com

kitchen staff are not able to speak other languages like english or arabic dinner food was less than expectations and expensive television is showing only turkish channels while visistors may be intersted to watch news channels like al jazeera & football and sports channels

Requested for power adapters, dental kits etc at different times which were all provided but had to be collected ourselves from the reception. No room service was offered. Also only 2 small cups of water in the room, which is hardly enough for 2 adults.

It was a basic room as Ibis usually is but it was good value for money. Neat and clean hotel. Quick check-in and check-out process. Ample parking space available. The restaurant served good food. Location was fine even though it was a little far from the city. There is a mall nearby.

Central Air Condition was setted up as heater during winter and could not adjust as a cooler. Drinked water is provided limited size (glass size rather than in bottle size).

The room was setting nice & cleaness. The breakfast was quite various and good taste. Location is close to the Bursa center and Teleferic.
