There is nothing

We were at this hotel at the end of April. The hotel is great! Everithing looks new. It seems that the hotel was fresh repaired. At this time there were no crowds of people. Our room was on the 4th floor, large and cozy with the sea view. There are about 3 heated pools outdoors (including aquapark for children) and one indoors with small baby pool. The staff is very friendly and ready to help, always smile. The restaurant is cozy, you have a good choice of everithing you like, although we were not in the peak season. The beach is wide: sand and a strip of peddles. The water in the end of April was warm/not very cold. The outdoor temperature was +25+29 degrees. There are all entertainments on the territory of the hotel, both for children and for adults. I would like to thank Naylya, who was very friendly and helped us a lot. We are greatful for this 5 days in this hotel and would like to return there in the future.

One thing i would mention that would be handy is a high latch on the doors leading out to the swim up pool, i would of been more relaxed if it was harder to get out!

Everything. Food was lovely, facilities were amazing, the kids were never bored, so much for them to do, the villa style rooms with swim up pool were fantastic. I’m normally quite fussy with hotels but for the price i was pleasantly surprised!!! The kids have already been on at me for our next trip. I traveled on my own this time without my husband but with my 3 kids age 4,6,7, because of the lay out and kids club activities, it made it easy for me to keep track of them! 10 out of 10! Until the next time xx

The russian speaking lady at the reception desk was extremely rude and unfriendly ( with red hair and glasses). She spoiled the impression from the first moment. The food variety was good but quite repetitive.

The location was good, most of the facilities are intended for kids and in general it is comfortable to stay at this hotel with children. Rooms were clean and the food was good.

it just reopened after renovation we atayed one week and the first 3-4 days many things were not set up. swimming pools were empty. still renovating the gardens . they could put some info so we knew before booking. no activities and events at nights as it was promissed. no xmas special activity. there was a table of programs but none of them happened.

it was very clean, recently renovated. very helpful staff. the best Turkish bath experience. big kids club close to land of legends which is a very nice theme park and shopping Avenue.

The food was good but quite repetitive, and variations of the same (e.g. mezes very similar, curry's/stewed meat very similar every day). Kids pools could have been warmer Quiet pool had loud kids The area is quiet, no shops around so have to buy things in a hotel shop in an emergency

Great stay, facilities excellent, pools really nice, beach is looked after, has a pier. Rooms clean and comfortable. Kids club very good and full of activities especially for the bigger kids but babies had great facilities too (even nursing rooms, milk warmers etc). Cannot complain - even the dislike comments below are minor.

The doctors office. We had an incident as my daughter got bitten by a cat. This doctors office is more a recruiting station for the private hospital they are working for and they quickly send you there with their private transport (but be aware that not everything can be treated there). Anyhow I still think it's good to have a place to get medical aid at the spot (like taking care of a wound).

Variety of food is stunishing, the quality of food and drinks is really good. It is all-inclusive with no questions asked and leaves no wishes behind! We also tried the Umma restaurant one evening and it was a great experience. The fish restaurant was ok, but didn't fully meet our expectations. It's worth trying the extra restaurants if you want a relaxed evening with not always someone running to the buffet and grab something. The service and the staff was excellent and always friendly. I enjoyed the sports activities - especially the archery class with a very good trainer and the yoga class. Also the clear focus on the needs of families with small kids is great at this place. My daughter enjoyed the kids restaurant and loved the kids toilets and all the special activities provided to entertain the little ones.

Room —- could do with an iron please most 5 star hotels offer this. Pools — with it been November was cold for kids initially my daughter got unwell as a result however when I raised the concern hotel took prompt action and I noticed they were a better temperature soon after and hotel checked I was happier soon after really appreciated thank you. Would have been awesome if the private pool outside my villa was heated would have made use of it everyday but I really couldn’t was too cold am sure in warmer days it’s fabulous! Food- could do with more Asian food the majority of the food was European or far east like sushi could do with some delicious south Asian food. Maybe am asking much but entertainment shows would have been nice every night or every other night. But not a must as hotel still fabulous without.

Prompt check in with brief tour of the hotel and an upgraded room… room had a lovely location right next to lake club a small restaurant open most of the day unlimited food and drinks to villa visitors. Quite area so was able to get a good sleep. Room was equipped with almost everything you can need including shoe polish! Staff throughout the hotel very kind and lovely. Restaurant staff amazing very fast at cleaning table and offering drinks as soon as you sit down. Seperate area for kids with small tables and chairs and kids food including baby food even Aptimel milk for babies!!! Food varied from all over the world always something you can eat and all food freshly made. Offers late breakfast and late dinners if you miss out again that was awesome! Lovely kids club area indoor and outdoor with slides, toys and cinema open pretty much all day long always had a staff member supervising throughout who were always very kind and friendly and kept area spotless throughout …. entertainment and activities throughout the day for kids and adults…. Everything on all inclusive was inclusive I didn’t need to spend on anything food and drinks and snacks and ice cream all day long can’t complain at all! Hotel offers WhatsApp number which I was able to message anytime if I had any question I used that a few times and found it very helpful and I always received a response within minutes….No one harassed us for photos or trips was able to enjoy holiday in peace, felt safe throughout my stay. I can go on forever with all the positive things! Thank you so much for the outstanding experience.

Everything was great

The best hotel for families with children! They have such a fantastic program for them: the kid's club, balloon shows, mining disco. Our daughter was very happy. But it is also great for the adults as well! The restaurants and the food selection are fantastic. We especially liked Uzbek cuisine. The mixology bar is our absolute favorite! Definitely coming back to this hotel!

We were on the 7th floor and the rooms let sound through. I heard their TV and it was not a music channel, their talk and etc.

The selection of foods was large and tasty (all meals). The waffles near the main pool were yummy. The hotel area was large and beautiful also clean and maintained. There was space and plenty of sunbeds on the beach. The hotel team was pleasant. Different entertainment for everyone. I had a birthday at the same time and I got a surprise from the hotel - a puddle of red wine and a cake with a candle :) The view from the room was beautiful (to the sea, to the pool, and if I didn't feel like going to watch the event, I watched it from the balcony)

There is nothing I didn’t like, everything was perfect!

It’s very hard to choose, since I pretty much liked everything about the property. It was the first time coming to IC Santai and it won’t be the last time. Everyone was beyond nice and helpful, the facilities were over the top, the food was amazing, the weather as well. They definitely know how to make you feel at home away from home and they know how to make your day better. There was really nothing that was missing. We packed way too many things, because they really took care of everything. Next time, I will only bring my handbag :)

nothing I did not like. I suggest, having an amphitheater to accommodate visitors during the night shows ... have a daily kids' show as part of the night activity.

Sun swim-up villas and villas are amazing ... with a great mix of colors and greenery ... swimming pools were great ... Aqua part is fascinating... The staff was kind.
