Pet Friendly, good breakfast, lovely rooms and service. But when we asked for a taxi to the airport, we got a big bus for two people with a price x3 of the price of a normal taxi.

Nothing everyone and everything was top notch!

I was very impressed as soon as I walked in. Staff was friendly and so helpful. I got up around 2:00am feeling very sick. I called the front desk and said I needed help getting to a Doctor. They were so fast, got me to urgent care. A staff member name “ IBRIHIM” took me and stayed with me the whole time. He went up and beyond to take care of me. He used his phone so I could understand everything. I was by myself traveling and only needed to stay overnight. He even took me to the airport. This is the first time I was in Turkey. God bless IBRIHIM, the world would be a better place if we had more like him in the world. Thank so much. Nancy Evans

Exceptionally clean. The stuff is super lovely and hospitable. I ordered a transfer and the driver was at the airport at 5 am to pick me up. No fuss, super smooth experience. And great value for money!

Expensive airport transfer by the hotel

We needed a place to sleep as we had a layover in Istanbul on our flight home. There were no cups and glasses in the room to make coffee but still a great value for what we paid for. Breakfast was also included. Airport transfer quoted by hotel was expensive at 50 Euro so we took a taxi (300 TL or 8.5 Euro).

Close to airport with H-6 bus from gate (bus) 2,3 to Hasan Tahsin Caddesi (about 14-15 stops, but the bus is fast, depending of day time, about 30-60 minutes). In the middle of the bus is a screen to see the route, stops. The price for one way is about 1.32 EUR. The hotel is nice and the employees are very kind. The price was with about 2 EUR more than Booking, because the exchange, but anyway is ok, total 34.15 EUR. The room is small but for one night at this price with breakfast is perfect. The pressure of water for shower is very good. It's true about towels, one big is missing, there are just two small one for using and one to jump on it from shower, but it's more than enough for resting few hours in Istanbul and to be ready for the next flight. Also, the sound isolation of the building was ok for me and I could sleep well. Next to the hotel (left side) is a Turkish fast-food very good. If you want a beer.. it's little bit difficult, but if you can walk in the same direction (left side) about 10-15 minutes (about 1km), you can find a small shop (opposite side of the hotel, but on the same street) to buy it with bank card.

Travelled with a friend and we booked the room with twin/double bed as it was showing 2 separate beds on the photos. Included request for 2 separate beds to the hotel as well. But still we were given 1 bed for us, not like advertised on the photos for this room type.

Very polite staff, breakfast is delicious and offers a good choice, the hotel is clean and nice in a good neighbourhood.
