We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe had to move rooms due to the noise of the pub opposite the hotel. This was handled very efficiently by the hotel receptionist. The gym equipment was not working: treadmill and exercise bikes.
Excellent staff. Food is good though not haute cuisine. Rooms are spacious and clean. The swimming pool is clean and the temperature of the water was ideal for swimming. Wi Fi connection is excellent. I recommend the massage service offered in the Spa at a reasonable price.

ItalyFitness center is just absolutely nothing..broken barbell and few dumbbells..thredmill out of order..
Place is good every close by. Breakfast is perfect with variety of food. I ask double bed but they gave me twin beds. Even after promise to change they didn't even think to change untill I came to hotel in the evening after boat trip..lack of commitment for their business not healthier.

United KingdomFood was very bad. I advise go for room only. No effort was made for breakfast. My husband wanted egg white omelette but he was told he could not have. I only have fruit for breakfast and there was NO cut fruit. Only apples oranges and v poor quality of pears. I went hungry. Also when we checked in we were given a room which was allocated to other guest. We arrived at 4pm and was told the room was NOT ready. We wanted some food but there was no option other than ice cream
The location was very good. Swimming pool area was clean. Staff are very nice.

United KingdomThe only gripe we had was the lack of tea, coffee, sugar and especially WATER supplied in the rooms, 2 coffee sachets, 2Tea bags a few sugars & coffee whitener (no milk pots???) are not enough, and MUGS rather than the very small cups suplied in the rooms would have been nice. The fridge didn't get very cold even though it was on the max setting, and the weak WiFi could be improved. A small light in the tea/coffee station would also have made things easier to see what you are doing as the space is very dark.
First time at the Ada Julian and I don't think it will be our last, it's quite small compared with other hotels, but had a lovely feel, & was more personal and relaxed atmosphere than the big places, it was great!!!!! . The Hotel is in a great location, and we were made very welcome from the moment we set foot though the doors, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, explained everything to us before being taken to our room. The staff are second to none here, working hard all day, & a special mention goes to the lovely Kubra and also Erol, who looked after us exceptionaly well at meal times, with nothing being too much trouble for them. We found the AI food to be well above average for AI, with rice being the only thing that was on the menu every day, every other dish was different every day. . There was not a lot of choices but everything was good quality and even my wife was able to find something she liked to eat everyday at all meal times, and she is a VERY fussy eater. Our room in the 4th floor (1410) & was huge, with 2 x 6ft beds, a sofa, 2 x arm chairs, table, and a 40" smart tv, lovely bathroom with huge shower & overlooked the Irish bar next door, there was noise from there at night, but with the balcony door closed & AC on TBH it never really bothered us. It's an adults only hotel (16+) and there is no evening entertainment, but plenty to go to outside the hotel if you walk to the seafront or either way along the main road. Beds are very firm but it seemed to suit us, as both slept well every night. Thers's free WiFi in the hotel but it wasn't very good in our room and kept dropping off, we had difficulty logging into the system but the staff at reception sorted it out for us.

Well my partner stayed with her friend in the hotel both fully paid up However after one night her friend had to come home after a sudden family bereavement I decided to get a flight out to stay with my partner The jet 2 rep said there would be no problem However the manager of the hotel had a different view He decided i wasnt going to stay with my partner in the room her and her friend had fully paid for. I checked booking.com and the rate for the room on Bookings.com was €320 When i showed the manger the booking.com quote and asked him couod he give me a better quote he quoted me at over €600 for 4 nights This left a very bad taste in the mouth. I will never set foot in turkey again my partner will never set foot in turkey again and our famillies have been left disgusted at the treatment over the incident with our friends bereavement Congrats to the hotel manager he has probably lost his country something in the region of €50,000 in revenue from our famillies over the next 10 years because of our experience with his greed

United KingdomThe staff were rude and unhelpful. The lady at the front with the Scottish accent was also rude and unhelpful. I asked her how much a taxi to the airport as I didn’t want to be ripped off and she just looked at me rudely and said ‘I don’t know, ask the taxi service.’ I then asked the manager and he said he can arrange his own service for me for £60. Go to pasa beach hotel, the staff are a lot nicer and they go out there way to make sure you’re not ripped off. The food at the hotel was the same everyday and not a great variety. Pasa beach hotel had much better food. Also, I left my AirPods in the hotel in a rush, and I know exactly where they were. Quickly messaged the hotel after and they said the cleaner couldn’t find them…. This seemed impossible to me as they were literally on the table. The staff I found were generally rude and unhelpful.
The room at the top floor had 2 views which was nice and good location
