The air conditioner didn't work in our room, but it wasn't an issue for us since the weather was mild. The spa prices are quite high, and the massages weren't particularly special.

The place is very quiet with no loud entertainment, making it perfect for relaxation. The staff did everything to make us feel comfortable, and we received a free upgrade to a sea-view room. The restaurant offers high-quality food and excellent service. Special thanks to Ahmet from Lale Restaurant for making our evenings special. Additionally, access to the golf courses was easy with the free shuttle provided by the hotel. I have stayed at hotels such as Rixos Tekirova and Gloria Golf Resort, but this place stands out with better food options and amazing staff.

Not necessarily anything negative, there is no evening entertainment. However, the purpose of this resort is relaxation so it fits with that. However, this may not be great for kids because of this.

The hotel was lovely… we went for 4 days to flop & soak up some sun and it was perfect for that. GREAT food, great location, the staff were lovely (especially Devrim in customer liaisons). If you’re after a touch of luxury where ‘unlimited’ really does mean unlimited then this is the place for you - drinks are delivered to your bed by the pool or on the beach, places for food are open around the hotel at all times up until 2am. We also chose this hotel because it doesn’t have a water park meaning more ‘adult’ vibes. Also Hanna Travel who we booked in advance via booking.com for airport transfers were brilliant - approx £20 each way and both times we had our own private minibus (I’d heard some taxis charge €70 euro each way so Hanna really did deliver on all fronts)

I would like more protein options for vegetarians in the buffet. You can add beans, chickpeas, tofu to the salad bar. That would help a lot. The ventilation is very lould, I turned off the AC but I could still hear the ventilation. I wasn't able to figure out how to turn of the movement activated lights. They would wake me up at night. I wasn't able to find out how to turn off the lights from the button panel. It was very bright I enjoy total darkness when I sleep.

I loved how nice the workers are. They would make sure to memorize your name and your food and drink preferences. They were quick to serve the food and drinks. The food and alcohol was very high quality.Ahmet, Murat and Mehmed were amazing. The hotel is very quiet and the bed was so comfortable.

I thought the reception and guest services staff could have been a bit more friendly but the waiting staff in the restaurants were first class. The entertainment at the hotel next door was so very loud most nights but it did stop between 11–2pm - take ear plugs if you’re an early to bed guest!

Beautiful, well maintained hotel. You’ll never go hungry or thirsty with a vast array of food in different restaurants and bars - all really high standard and good variety of cuisine. My room was spacious and comfortable with a great selection of drinks and snacks refilled daily in the minibar. Great balcony too to enjoy the view! Well stocked and great quality bathroom amenities too - no need to pack heavy toiletries. Wonderful location right on the beach, with easy access to the old town and Land of Legends. Pool areas and beach serviced well with refreshments and a great choices of places to hide away or socialise/people watch! The spa treatment I enjoyed was one of the best massages I’ve experienced and the treatment room was peaceful, plush and spacious.

I extend my appreciation to all the employees of the main restaurant and the beach, including the waiters who are undoubtedly the best. Lovely hotel, quiet and calm. Very suitable for those looking for peace. In the area there are amazing golf courses and a wonderful beach. The staff tries very hard to answer every request. the spa massage offer is complex and offers only expensive choices. A bit of a pity not to be able to choose a 30 min massage I would have taken 3x the week, so I booked none The hotel could use an updated in the interior. Old and sat through furniture. The main lobby is a bit sad

The room is beautiful but there were several old pieces of furniture such as the large mirror in the room which is very old. There are no shuttles to the city center only taxis which are relatively expensive for the distance, a 10 minute taxi ride. I would recommend adding a bell to the tables in the pool and on the beach so that we can get service from the waiter and not wait for him to make a round

If you looking for a nice holiday you got to choose Kempinski hotel. Very peaceful and quiet hotel. I was satisfied with everything in the hotel. Staff were exceptional and very friendly especially Fatmagul hanim Mehmet bey and Ece hanim. They were very welcoming. Its a beautiful and luxury hotel. The food was amazing everyday. The chefs are incredible. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
