Nice and comfy rooms, clean and everything was very easy and fast to get to. Breakfast is on the top floor inside or outside sitting. Not really a view, but nice. The hotel was organizing also the Airport shuttle which was perfect on time. The street of the hotel is in the night empty and not good lighted, but we never had the feeling of security issues. Very quiet area which is great to sleep. We can recommed this hotel.

Small new hotel, located on the quiet street and in walking distance to the main sights, shops and restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff and tasty breakfast on the cute terrase on the 4th floor. Rooms are a bit of a small size (it was a challenge to place large suitcases 😁), but comfortable and clean.

We arrived at 6:30 after 2 flights and nearly 30 hours of travelling. The lovely young man on the desk checked us in and said that he had a room but it wasn’t ours so we should use it and change rooms at lunchtime. He also insisted we go to breakfast, even although we would not have had breakfast on that day. Five minutes later he came and ask if we would like to move to another, better room. The room was huge! We were very grateful. The staff are so helpful, always smiling, the hotel is modern, spotlessly clean with great showers and really comfortable beds. You can’t beat the location, 10 minutes walk from the Blue mosque, river and several restaurants, though you won’t need anything to eat until evening if you have breakfast. The breakfasts are fantastic, make sure you don’t miss out and add them to your booking. Cannot recommend this hotel more highly, if you are going to Istanbul then make sure you stay here, you will not be disappointed! Thank you Livro!

Breakfast was excellent. Big variety of food and fresh fruit. Hosibe was very polite and kind at the breakfast. She even sent some Sage tea to the room one morning when I had a sore throat and a bit of congestion. Elif and Berkoh was very helpful at reception and advised us how to find our way around Istanbul. We were on a tour for 11 days at other Hotels throughout Turkey and this Hotel had the most comfortable Bed from all of them. We were in the Deluxe room which offer enough space for the 5nights we spend there. The smiling housekeeping (Mereyem) made our day pleasant every morning. Elsabe & Ted from South Africa.

Friendly helpful staff we had a maintenance problem in the room which they came in and resolved. Then they made sure a taxi was at the door for our very early morning departure for the airport. Location excellent for quiet and nearby food and attractions.

The taxi from the hotel to the airport, obtained with the "help" of an employee at the reception and which cost 50% ( 1300 lira) more. Besides, if he tried to say that it is very expensive, I almost didn't get a taxi

It's a distance from the airport, and if you take public transport (which took us about 90-120 minutes), you might get tired from lugging boxes up and down hills for 7-10 minutes, but otherwise everything is fine. Taxi may be preferred.

Excellent hotel, friendly and positive staff, gave us Turkish tea and recommended a good restaurant. It is conveniently located in the old city and within walking distance of famous attractions such as Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar etc. I may not a very big room, but it's good enough for opening two big suitcases at the same time, and it has a lovely little balcony.

Although being at 5-10 mins walking distance from main sites (old town or Galata bridge), the immediate surroundings are a bit desert. On the other hand this grants silence and calm in the night.

Property was brand new, stylish and clean. Our room was not too big but cozy. Very good breakfast, potentially served on a beautiful terrace (in our case was still too cold). Special mention goes to the staff. Always very kind and helpful. Their suggestions were very welcome.

The hotel definitely makes sure the guests are happy. The host was amazing! very king, informative and always offering her help to make us feel comfortable! She was always smiling. The rooms are very well designed and maintained. We loved the rooms. Location wise, the hotel is 15 minutes or so from the center or main attractions, some are even closer.

I can't think of anything negative.

The hotel is newly constructed and the rooms (tried a suite and a standard oner) are well-furnished. The bed is comfortable and so is the pillow. The location could not be better - 5 minutes from Cerkeci, the most convenient station -. The staff were impressively helpful - we were given a metro card for free and a mobile WiFi router that enabled us to have access to Internet every where we went. I would like to express my heart felt gratitude to Ahmet and Elif in particular whom I can't think enough for their services. Special thanks go to Mert for his services as well. I will also miss Maryam forever. The entire team is welcoming and make you feel it is HOME. Can't thank you enough, guys.

Super nice hotel in a great location. Close to transit so you can easily go to the European or Anatolian side while also close to the haigasofia, blue mosque, grand bazaar, etc. there are also a lot of cute stationary art stores around this area. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the room was great. The bed was extremely comfortable for someone who normally has back issues while travelling! And to top it off, they have a really good free breakfast with traditional Turkish mezes. Loved it here! Thank you so much to everyone at this hotel for such a wonderful stay and your warm hospitality!
