The hotel is so beautiful and welcoming. Nice garden and amazing staff. The location can't be better. 5 min walk to the marina and 5 min to old town. And the cherry on top was the spa (Turkish bath, scrubbing and massage just perfect) We had an amazing time!

Originally aircon didn't work, we arrived late at night and the guy working on the counter didn't know what the issue could be (very small issue one of the windows were open) this was resolved next day. The bed only has a bedsheets (no duvet) but due to the heat it wasn't a problem. Otherwise all good.

everything was perfect . The hotel was clean and convenient. Being close to everything in the city center is a good advantage. The breakfast was diverse and satisfying. Homemade delicacies were amazing. The Turkish bath and sauna were clean, the employees were attentive. I recommend you to try the Turkish bath and massage. The hotel has fun tour options for the city and out of town, I suggest you check it out. I would definitely choose this business again in my next visit.

The TV in the room did not have English subtitles however the staff did attempt to fix this by sending a service man but unfortunately he was unable to rectify

The staff were fantastic and helpful from the moment we arrived. Taking our luggage to our room. Finding water in the room on arrival was refreshing but to find the water replenished every day and limited access to bottles of water was a nice touch. Our room was nice with a balcony and it was lovely to have a little care package of breakfast when we left the hotel for an early activity and was unable to have breakfast as usual. It was nice to have staff looking out for us, when we were being picked up by someone they did not know they enquired where we were going and that was nice to know they were looking out for us. Breakfast was nice and fresh every single morning. Our room was clean with fresh towels every single day. It was my birthday and they surprised me by arranging a cake and flowers without me knowing from my husbands request. They allowed us to stay an extra hour following check out as our flight was late this was helpful and allowed more time to pack. The property is clean and spacious the staff are very friendly and polite!

Hotel very well located. Very calm and just a few minutes walk from Kaleci. Room was spotless as well as all hotel facilities. We were very well welcomed with a special attention (a beautiful plate of fresh fruits). Hotel personnel (especially Eray) go above and beyond to provide you with any help or query. If you are looking for a great hotel to visit Antalya, Mai Inci Hotel is the place to be.

The breakfast was superb, loved the ambiance of the hotel, it was very clean, we felt so relaxed and at home, everything looked new and staff were so helpful, loved our stay there and we would definitely stay again if we come to Antalya. The old town is short walk away, and beautiful relaxation place just few minutes away overlooking the ocean.

Breakfast didn’t start until 8:00, which was too late for us, as we had to leave at 7:15 for a flight. They did prepare a sandwich, drink and apple to take with us, but we would have liked the opportunity to eat the breakfast, as the photos and reviews were so good. An 8:00 breakfast start seems rather late.

Clean room, good shower, friendly staff, breakfast area looked very pleasant. Good location for visiting harbour, old town etc on foot.

A great place for those looking for peace The hotel is located in a very beautiful location, but also Service facilities were also very good. A peaceful, relaxing, refreshing facility that refreshes people and soul. No noise, no other noise, just peace. I highly recommend it.
