Cold water in the pools spoils the experience a little.

Great big hotel. There is absolutely everything. Lots of fun for children. A special plus is the children's playground on the beach! Great performances in the evenings. You can relax and not worry about anything.

The facilities stood out with a variety of daily activities led by a proactive activation team. In the evening, the entertainment was consistent and of high quality. The food offerings were both fresh and diverse, ensuring we had a range of options every meal. The beach adjacent to the resort was not only clean and safe for swimming but also provided excellent opportunities for beach walks, especially during sunset. What truly set our experience apart was the staff. Their approachability, readiness to assist, and professionalism made our stay comfortable. Specific mentions: * Evren, the Restaurant Manager, was consistently helpful. * Galina conducted top-notch yoga sessions. * Pelin from Guest Relations and Veysel from Reception addressed issues quickly and efficiently. * Aleyna at the bar was always pleasant and attentive. * Omer from the Antique Bar showcased a positive and can-do attitude. * Raziye at the Pool restaurant was consistently kind and friendly. * Sinan from the Terrace restaurant delivered commendable service. In short, our time at the Pine Beach Resort was marked by quality facilities and an excellent team. We’re looking forward to our next stay.

Only one, but not related to the hotel: So many Russian turists with the classic cold attitude and rude behaviour

The hotel itself was really huge with so many great facilities and opportunities. The staff and the entertainment team was very very kindness and helpfull, absolutely the best! Food was provided all day long with various type of specialities and it was really tasteful. Hatip was the best barman if you would like to drink the best coctails.

The coiffeur staff were very rude and tried to cheat us.

Not directly related to the hotel, the cost for seeing a doctor was over exaggerated in a nearby hospital. This issue should be seriously taken up by the hotel to protect its customer interests and not to allow such private hospitals to over charge.

The rooms are specious and well looked after. The daily program for various activities is well devised to suit all family members. the food variety and quality was great.

Everything was wonderful.We were lucky that moved from Spice hotel to this hotel.We counted overall 7 pools with indoor and outdoor.Especially liked the one with sea water.I have been to many hotels especially all inclusive.But this one was wonderful for me and I leave with positive impressions.

Not related to hotel, the taxi cost to commute to other parts of the city is quite high.

Great staff, who truly invest lots of effort to make our stay as enjoyable, specially the front desk staff / Mr. Ahmet & Mr. ENDER, also the staff at the club reception Ms. Aksana. The facilities, the entertainment program, the food, the beach front, the water park, the forest ambiance all were more close to heaven to all family members.

Some of the staff were fairly rude at times, on some occasions very little English spoken but we got by.

Location was great, comfy beds, large room and large variety of food although a little bland at times. As someone who suffers from food allergies, there was little cards by most of the dishes with the allergens in them as well as the nutritional information (massive bonus as we eat low carb!). The pool was lovely and although it was busy there was always enough place and we were always able to find a sunbed. The shops inside the resort are expensive though. The gym facilities weren’t bad at all and some outdoor fitness classes were available. Incredible entertainment every night!

Excellent Location and very clean environment. Well-maintained property with all necessary comforts. Variety of food and drinks as very good,. Pool, Spa, and beach services are also very good. Highly Recommended for people who likes nature.

The noise. The rooms are not soundproof so we had to sleep with earplugs. Even so, we heard our neighbors arguing (or discussing) every early morning. There are a lot of families in the property so if you may have neighbors with yelling kids. Also, every room has either a balcony or a terrasse. It looks very nice and comfortable but you can’t enjoy it as there is always the noise of the air conditioning system (and it is as loud as a car!).

The staff is helpful, polite and friendly. I liked the free minibar, the beautiful territory, the huge choice of activities and food as well as the overall organization. The area is kept very clean.
