I thought the food options were a bit limited

The hotel was very clean and on the whole the food was very good but there simply was not enough staff to serve and clear the tables, therefore we often had to do it ourselves and collect out own cutlery- pretty much self-service!

The location was stunning with lovely harbour and sea views. The location is green and hilly so less easy to get around if disabled but they constantly run golf buggies to transfer guests around the site.

In the main restaurant, plates and glasses were found to be unclean. While the menu offerings in the restaurant were diverse, the quality of the ingredients used left much to be desired, making it difficult to enjoy the meals, especially items such as sausage, salami, and meat. The rooms lacked basic amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, and toothpaste, and they appeared rather outdated. The quality of products such as coffee and powdered milk in both the rooms and restaurants was notably subpar.

The thesis was overall aesthetically pleasing and functional. Its location within a green, forested area was quite charming. Moreover, the staff members responsible for the reception and guest interactions were notably polite and accommodating.

Food was locally oriented, good, fresh and there was a lot of choices but no attention was paid to presentation (all same, at same place, all the time). For summer vacation at the coast my preference would be the sea food but that was rare and definitely not something you will remember from this hotel.

Grounds are excellent. Hotel is in the national park, and combination of pine trees and their aroma in hot summer is something to charge your senses quite a bit. Facilities are good, well maintained and everything was very clean. For five stars hotel they will need some upgrades in future but they are in good condition at the moment.

Obviously there are no perfect hotels. But saying that - we would definitely go back to Marmaris Bay Resort every time we are in Turkey: 1) My wife doesn't eat meat. And if you don't want to eat fish every day - there is no variety in vegan protein food. But I think it is asking too much 2) Staying on subject of food - we would love to see more seafood variety except for fish. I don't think that calamar/shrimps/octopus are too much expensive in the country with sea everywhere. 3) The beach is sandy but the first few meters are rocks. So it is not easy to go barefoot. 4) Location. It is +- . From one hand there are 0 city/traffic noises ( since you are 15 minutes from the nearest cities). But it also means that if you want to buy something that not included - good luck. There is a shop(market) but the prices are quite high.

If you want to relax and spend your vocation without too much noise - that's the place. Due to "Adult only" and higher price - the guests are fantastic: quiet , don't drink like no tomorrow and so on. Some more pros : 1) Food is amazingx5. Really. Havent eaten that much and that tasty food in my life . 2) Staff is fantastic. Always helpfull. Helped to extend the stay with 0 problems. (We loved it that much) 3) Nature is around you. It is quite rare type of the hotel that sits inside the forest and still has private beach front. All plants are watered and look fantastic. 4) The view for the sea is great . It is just a pleasure having a breakfast and look at this view. 5) Almost every ( every?) day there is live singer that signs popular songs. It usually stops at 23:00 to not distirb you. 6) There are 2 paid restorsnts ( if you stay less then 7 nights) . Highly recommend Zest Seafood restaurant!

1.Unsatisfactory cleaning eg. bathroom towels change every 2 or 3 days. 2.Reception staff was bad specially the accoutant. 3Unadequite facilities eg. no TV chanal to watch football match and no sofa bed in the room as mentioned in booking.com during booking.

The food wasn't that good. there was a lot of variety but the taste wasn't that good. sometimes cola machine was pouring gassy water. Cleaning was average, in first day we had yellow stains in our pillowcases but they changed afterward. There was no toothpaste, shampoo was in a big container assembled to the bathroom wall.

location was amazing, you woke up with an amazing view. The staff was so kind and friendly. there was a lot of possibility to entertain yourself such as table tennis, gym, tennis court, pool games etc

The food was exceptional, a wide variety at every meal. My partner and I are vegan and there was even enough for us. The views are beautiful as the location is tucked away in the forest. Wifi was perfect, no issues, even watched Netflix one evening. All staff friendly and seem to be happy to work there and happy to help.

The room was too dusty, there was never enough space at the pool so you always need to ask the staff to provide you with sunbeds. When we decided to go archery, even though someone was supposed to be there no one was actually there and we had to go back.

The highest praise goes to the restaurant and the restaurant staff. The food is excellent, the staff is too kind, so the restaurant was the best part of the entire resort.

The house cleaning team needs to be more better and responsive, the furniture needs to be upgraded as it is somewhat old, the TV screen is really small I think it is like 20", the are no english speaking channels also on the channels list. The tours office prices are expensive comparing to the local market rate and the office except only Euro currency!

the location is really nice and good, the food is excellent, there are many things to do inside the resort, the resort by itself is quiet and the scenery is excellent. The staff are super helpful and they will always do the extra mile to make you fell home and happy. The Spa is excellent, they have good staff and the prices are very reasonable. I would like to especially mention two of the staff: Okan and Sila for their super service and help whenever I needed them. They have advised me a lot about what to do in Marmaris and what to see, also whenever I needed help they where the service heroes who could do wonders for you.

A waiter work for Snackbar restaurant nearby Zestbar only nice to nonturkish people. It was hard to arrange warm water for shower and not enough pressure

Amazing environment! All the rooms has balconies that look beautiful nature or sea. Perfect place to go for a walk even outside of the hotel is nice for that. Both beach very nice and there are some options for water sports. All staff were very kind, very friendly and helpful. Especially thanks to Nuri Bey, Mehmet Bey, Mahsun Bey at the restaurant and housekeeper Dudu Hanim and all receptionists. They were always kind and very helpful. Every night there are different kind of music entertainment. Perfect location and time range for them 21:30-23:30. All shows were fun, worth to join! Especially live bands. Thank you!

Just very little things- Check in wasn't very welcoming after a long flight, not quite 5 star but this may be due to language barrier? There is no iron that can be used and you have to use laundry service which is quite odd for a 5 star, there should be some to borrow or in each room? Some of the parasols and sun loungers at the zest beach and beach are very worn out/old- they are in need of updating. The sauna is listed as no additional charge on booking.com but when we arrived at the spa was unexpectedly told there was a charge for this but this is not the hotels fault- booking.com need to update this

The quality and variety of the food was lovely- so much choice and all fresh, the staff around the resort/restaurants are lovely in particular Mehmet was so friendly and kind. The views and location is excellent and we never had issues with the Wifi. The cocktails are nice even with local alcohol and the night entertainment is great- Bobby was a lovely fun guy. There are things to do on the resort such as water sports/archery/tennis/basketball but I didn't use them but there's a lot of options! Overall, a great lovely relaxing break and I would return again !
