Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

EstoniaThe hotel has its own transfer which went smooth: the driver met us at the airport on the arrival. At the hotel a manager met us and did the tour around the hotel's area, showed where everything is located, shared their WhatsApp and helped during our stay answering different questions, making tennis court booking, etc. Megasaray Club Belek location is great – the hotel has its own private and very clean sand beach where you can enjoy the sea and the sun. The food was amazing, the quality was excellent, plenty of options, every dinner you can get a Chef's dish (different every day) from different international cuisines. There are a bunch of activities happening during the day, everyone can find something for their own taste. There was a mini bar in the room which was refilled every morning which is very nice. If you're into sport, there are tennis courts available for booking as well as well-equipped gym. You may find little guests in the hotel area such as turtles and cats, they all are very cute and kind.

FranceThe food is not the best thing about this hotel, but it's not bad either. A la carte restaurants are of a satisfactory level. In the main restaurant some dishes do not meet European standards, it is better to eat lamb and Turkish dishes, but do not choose European or anything related to seafood. Despite the international tourist contingent, the animation program was carrying out for Germans. The staff speaks German and Russian, less often English. There is only one public TV screen in the entire hotel and it was constantly occupied by the German domestic football league. Several times we met surprised British and French people who had nowhere to watch key Champions League matches. There is a definite need to install a couple more screens in different bars to watch sports, at least football and tennis. It is also necessary to change the company responsible for cleaning the glass. Very strange that the beach bar does not have hot drinks, not even Turkish tea. In our building, the sounds of the external hood of the spa and water park could be heard in some rooms, if the windows are open
First of all, this nice hotel should be noted for sports. Tennis above all. There are 23 courts on the hotel’s site, and 38 courts within the Tennis Academy belonging to the hotel. People with rackets from all over the world were everywhere, playing, walking, making acquaintances. The genuine international sport atmosphere was made by about half of the guests. The other half were German retirees and local ppl. Wonderful staff made our holidays. They upgraded our room, helped to change the shady side to the sunny one, although both rooms were good. Our building with spa area was convenient to go down there in a bath robe. However other buildings, especially those near the lawns with sun beds, were also well located. The spa at the hotel is stunning. We had a quality sport massage and foam scrubs. Everywhere we felt an individual approach. At SPA, reception, guest relations, a la carte restaurants. Nothing was "unfortunately impossible", we didn’t get a single "no". A la carte restaurants charge 10 euros p/pers, so there are always free tables. The Italian restaurant has a wonderful balcony-terrace overlooking the sunset where we ate relatively good carpaccio, pasta and meat for Turkey. Mexican was is a bit worse but you can also try it. In the main restaurant, there is a nice homemade pasta, and a whole section is dedicated to it. Good kebab and fresh fruit stalls near the beach. Very well-groomed area, flowers, lawns. Pressed beer is absolutely unbeaten Nice beach bar with excellent decor and high ceiling. Poufs at the bar on the sand allowed to look at the sea and at the stars in the evening. Overall we felt happy there, despite the hotel itself is not new and some few places are tired. We came only for the tournament, then we went to the Regnum hotel, more luxurious, but with a disgusting staff. There are pros and cons. I have never been in a hotel where I got so much for such a moderate fee.

GeorgiaQuality of cocktails (better not to take even 1 :-( => head ache guaranteed), location is a bit far from anywhere, the only way to go to the city is a taxi (100$ round-trip) or regular bus (1.5h one way) => rent a car is cheaper a solution if you want to go to the Antalya's downtown, etc. Some construction works on the beach but might be fixed soon.
The beach, nice views in the mornings and evenings, tennis courts and gear for free (included in the price), indoor and outdoor pools, food is 4*, stuff provided us the room far away from the noisy area with shows, very friendly and helpful personnel. Good-bye gifts (T-shirt and some merch) from the hotel. Variety of wild birds and even turtles!

MoldovaThe building itself is old. Unimpressive in design. Doesn't look like the awesome place that it actually is. If visuals are important to you, the first impression might not be that great.
The food had the most variety from the 3 similar hotels we've been to in the area. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had a personal assistant assigned to us who was always there to help. They have all kinds of sports, and the territory is very nice looking.

RomaniaWe had a swim up room and it would be great if the pool was heated as it is at other close by hotels, e.g. Kaya Palazzo. Basically, if you pay for the room with the pool, it would be great to enjoy it as much as possible. We visited in the beginning of April and the water was cold. If heated water is not possible, maybe lower prices for these rooms when the weather is not hot enough to warm the water.
Ridiculous amount, diversity and availability of food, drinks, coffee, tea and cakes. Very clean, staff very friendly and made us feel taken care of. It was enough to just make eye contact with someone and they would immediately ask how they can help.

BelarusI suggest reducing the size of the entertainment team during off-season and possibly replacing them with a team of cleaners to ensure the beach remains clean from little plastic bottles.
We enjoyed the off-season vibe, with a wide variety of food, especially fresh and delicious strawberries. The staff was generally nice and hard-working, except, perhaps, for the entertainment team.
