Breakfast could have been better, not sure why are people raving about it in their reviews. If you can save some money in the hotel rate by skipping the breakfast, I would rather do that and have a great local breakfast and turkish coffee at any of the many retailers around the hotel.

Hotel Location was great and staff extremely nice and helpful. The metro is like 10 minutes walk away and the neighborhood is centrally located in Istanbul, very close to small restaurants, retailers, and any business you can imagine. I specially liked that it was mostly a Turkish locals area, not many tourist which makes the whole experience more authentic.

Breakfast time can be a little bit earlier, since when you travel for work sometimes you need to leave the hotel early. It seems one of the guests was using noisy motorbike.

Perfect location and very delicious breakfast. The location is near to public transport and big shopping center. I will recommend to others to stay in this hotel.

Few steps to get into the hotel is a bit hard for the ones who have knee problems.

Staff specially the receptionist Saher & the other gentlemen .. Waiter Yüksel & the others .. Housekeepers .. Cleanliness .. Location is close to everything shops, two malls, exchange & restaurants .. Will stay again in my next visit to Istanbul.

It was very nice memory for us. Everything was good and every staff is so kind. They always take care guests and help us. If I travel to Turkiye again, I would like to come to this hotel again. Few steps to get into the hotel, not recommended for the people who have knee problems.

Cleanliness & condition of room & bathroom. Location was very good close to everything walking distance to restaurants, shops, exchange & Malls. Breakfast was delicious. All the Staffs were cheerful & helpful starting from the receptionist Saher & the other gentlemen + the waiters specialy the one with glasses unfortunately don't remember his name + Housekeeping ladies. Will be back in future.

The room needs a bright lightening as it's little dark. The road to the hotel is not straight so if you have a knee problem it's not the right place for you. Even though it is said that the hotel is new the bathroom sink in my room keeps shaking which could collapse so I was careful during the stay. There is also a few stairs before reaching the hotel and both of my parents didn't stop complaining about it 😂.

First of all I'm reviewing on behalf of my parents. The location is excellent it is centered between sisli and osmanbey metro station so the majority of the shops are walking distance. Staff were really friendly especially a nice lady called seher. Got a room upgrade which is quite big than my parents and it has a jacuzzi. Hopefully coming back again next year (Bayan) 😁

It was a great experience, the location is great, being close to the metro and bus station, stores, restaurants, cafes and two shopping malls. The staff was friendly and they are talking good english. The room was very clean, spacious and the lighting was very good. There is a kettle in the room to make coffee and tea, and the bathroom has all the amenities you could ask for. The TV is a smart one and has Netflix and Youtube. It was a pleasant experience and I will definetly go back to this place.

There was construction work going on behind the hotel so we could hear the noise - that is not the fault of the hotel though. Walking distance to the metro station is 10 minutes.

The room was super clean. Comfy bed and lots of light. Breakfast was really good and the most positive thing about this hotel is its staff - especially the women at the reception. Thank you! We would definitely come back.

I would like to thank everyone it felt like i am being with a family the team was great even my daughter she is 2 years old loved them so much .. A new and modern boutique Hotel near Osmanbey Station. (7min walking) The room was extremely clean, comfortable and the taken hotel pictures are real. The breakfast has a small selection but totally fine. They also have a small terrace. I can warmly recommend this hotel. The staff was always helpful and kind. It was a great stay!
