We loved the excellent location. 2 minutes on foot and we are in Istiklal in the middle of the long street. We loved the lovely Aisha from the dining room, very helpful and cheerful. The room is very comfortable and clean. The water flow in the shower is excellent. We will definitely return to this hotel.

The pillows & mattress

The hotel location was great and the rooms are new and clean. Highly recommended hotel. The only drawback we found the pillows very uncomfortable and the mattress not that great. Besides that everything was lovely. The staff at the breakfast are super friendly.

Everything was perfect, but I booked the hotel 1 month before the stay (early booking), but when checked the same dates 2 weeks before the stay it was cheaper around 30-40€! Shouldn’t early booking be cheaper?

The hotel is worth the value you pay, the location is few meters away from Istiklal Street. The cleanliness was the best, the staff was friendly and helpful especially Masoud, regarding the breakfast.. it was good with few different items from day to day, overall it was a good stay and I will definitely come back.

Bed sheets are not changed. I asked how to do Istanbul metro card and Receptionist offered me a card and told me it costs 100 Lira and i have to load it with money from station. i went to station and i bought it for 50 Liras only and loaded it with another 50

The location is great, just 1 minute walk from center of Istiklal street, rooms are big, clean and well maintained. Breakfast is very good. A big bottle of water is left daily in room. Receptionists are helpful

I give it high marks bearing in mind it's not a luxury hotel, but it's probably the best hotel in this category that I have ever stayed at. It has been recently remodeled so everything is brand new. It's spotlessly clean and the front desk staff speak good English. The breakfast was very varied, Turkish style, and they changed a few of the plates every day, so we didn't get bored. Don't expect bacon, as in most hotels in Turkey.. Breakfast staff Çetin, Ayça Irem, Ayhan and chef Oskan were very attentive, and made sure to learn how we liked our coffee, so they could bring it to us right away everyday. This was indeed some luxury level service..This hotel had an espresso machine, included in the breakfast buffet, which I hadn't seen in any hotels in Turkey so far.. The shower was very good and had a retractable clothesline. Amenities were of good quality. There are virtually dozens of restaurants, shops, and bars within walking distance of the hotel, since it's located just a few meters from Istiklal street. The acoustic insulation of the room is pretty good, which makes this the only hotel in Turkey where we weren't woken up every morning by the calls from the mosques. The curtains blocked the outside light very efficiently as well. Closets were enough and smelled like new. The lighting was also pretty good. I wouldn't say it's close enough from Taksim square and the Havabus stop to walk all the way with a lot of luggage, but it's doable if you're traveling light.

Getting a taxi to go back to the hotel will require u to either walk a bit or agree with the taxi on a fixed price before you go Because of the traffic their meters don't count time but only count kilo which is why they give you a fixed rate But don't go for more then 100 or 200 if ur going far distance

Mesut is an awesome character at the hotel super helpful and a wonderful personality - all the staff are great The hotel is complete- cleanliness, looks, bathrooms and amazing location
