A little more options for food for a vegetarian. Thete was only one soup. Everything else very good. Missed a glass if wine

The best thing at the hotel was the warmth and love from every member of the staff. They were so do helpful. I am a vegetarian and they were kind and helpful for my food. Thank you everyone i will come again

The staff were extremely attentive and friendly, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The location is also perfect for exploring all the main attractions (Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Haggia Sophia…). To top it all off, the buffet breakfast was always lovely and a massive perk!

We had the most remarkable stay at the Mula Hotel in Istanbul. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by staff. From recommending the best local restaurants to arranging transportation and providing invaluable tips for exploring the city, Ilknur's dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was truly remarkable. Ideally located, walking distance from the main attractions in Sultanahmet. Really pleasant staff, always willing to help and make your stay even better. Very good and varied breakfast. 100% recommendable.

The staff in this hotel were so pleasant and exceedingly friendly. No issue was too much of a problem. We especially appreciated their assistance in navigating our way around the city. The restaurant staff were first class.

Very nice location near main sightseeing sites, great hotel with high quality rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good. For us with two little children it was perfect as we had our privacy and no noise in the evening from the streets. Looking forward to next time!

The location.. a bit far away from the train station. It is quite secluded as our airport transport driver could not find the hotel. It is quite costly to take taxi to the hotel & thry charge high rate. They should provide iron facilities in the room instead of requesting when we need to use. It is a cheap thing.. all hotels in malaysia provides that. The bathroom is a little bit small. & tight. Our room's view is the construction site.!

This hotel is very beautiful & has the nicest smells as you enter the entrance door. The staffs are friendly & has given us very good services throughout our stay despite that some of the housekeeping staffs are poor in english. No doubt they try to meet our request whenever made.. maybe communication skill need to be improve further especially for English. The breakfast are delicious & the fnb staffs are very friendly & helpful. The beds are so comfortable. Other than that we do really enjoy our stay in this hotel.

This is a wonderful hotel with the most friendly and courteous staff. In particular, Hamza was fantastic. He looked after my elderly parents, helped them with bookings, advice on restaurants, tours, and shopping. Highly recommend Mula Hotel and the excellent staff.
