You need to climb down stairs (and up when leaving) to get to your room, even if you take the elevator. Not easy when you have luggage or for people with mobility problems.

I booked room only, but GREAT breakfast is available for purchase with discount to hotel guests at the public cafe by the lobby, and very reasonably priced.

Attached restaurant was not open on Monday -- at a hotel! We ate at the restaurant on Sunday evening and found the staff to be condescending and rude; the poor experience nearly spoiled our impression of the entire property.

Large room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. Access to filtered water was much appreciated. Proximity to the art museum was ideal.

The bed is a bit small for tall people. Please fix that exterior door, it's very important for the first sight.

When I tried open very old hotel's exterior door and saw very small reception desk I had some doubts about my reservation. But after the first step that I took on the second floor OMG, those lighted corridors, the beautiful fragrance what a feeling. Room also was very well designed with quality materials. They could have different pillows (thin vs thick)… Also the room temperature was kind of hard to regulate. At 18 it still felt very warm..

there were dogs every where around the hotel they parked at us and were unfriendly at night , actually they almost attacked us , in the morning the same dogs were dizzy

i loved the location and the building , the rooms the smell of the hotel after a long road trip, we reached the hotel for a rest to continue our road trip to istanboul, we were lucky to choose this hotel it has a very comfy bed😍

the view from the room windows was literally garbage and rubbish site, there was no sofa or comfortable armchair although we had a Junior suit

location is just opposite OMM museum and that it’s very sustainable and quiet, very valuable for money

1. breakfast at the property was very ordinary and needs to be improved. 2. use of disposable cups for teas at the resturant and inside the rooms is not appropriate anymore. 3. the property is making limited use of AC in the common areas including breakfast room and lounge, which makes it unpleasant during hot weather. 4. extra room key was not provided while there were two travellers. 5. kettle had left over tea made inside from previous stay, which housekeeping was asked to clean but it should have been an automatic check when room was refreshed for new stay. 6, bedding bad remote controls inside the sheets, again reflects limited check of housekeeping when room is being freshly prepared.

it is a basic comfortable property good for one night stay. location is very good if your purpose of visit is Mualana Rumi shrine.
