It’s not their fault, but just beside there is a karaoke bar. All our windows were closed and even though the noise level in the room reached 80db it was insane. It lasted until 1 am. We went downstairs to ask to change room, but the person said that the hotel was full which we are sure that it was a lie.

The hotel is very central and close from the beach. Everything was clean.

The music goes till 2am which is heard in the rooms… The rooms get warm during middays and need either airco or full ventilation to cool down.

Super (spotless!!!) clean and complete hotel! The staff is amazing. Very smart and attentive people all, which made our stay really easy to facilitate. Location is 1.5-2km to the Marmaris center, a very convenient and pleasant walk by promenade..

The t.v channels didn't work properly. After a few requests to the reception, I left it on ice.

Being hounded by the staff outside the bars but that isn't the hotels fault but does get very annoying when it is constant.

Indoor pool was looking great but unfortunately they used too much chemicals inside that it burned even our skin.

- There is no laundry in the hotel which required me to go around to look for laundry shop. - There is no variety in the breakfast choices. - Housekeeping can be a little bit improved. - My reservation was for a king suit with a sea view. however when we arrived to the hotel we were informed that king suite with a sea view is not available as they have in total 5 King Suits and only 2 of them have sea view and both of them were occupied at the time of our stay. the thing that made me feeling really bad.

- The Hotel was wonderful, the room was spacious with a big balcony, - The hotel was just 3 minutes walking to the beach, 5 minutes walking to blue port mall and 10 minutes driving to the downtown. - Staff at the reception was very friendly and lovely specially one of the employee unfortunately i forgot her name she kept playing with my child at the time of checking out before we leave. - The hotel has a wonderful soft area for the kids, which i really recommend it to families traveling with their kids/ babies.

We booked half board in winter (don’t recommend as there’s nothing to do) food is very limited, basic and quality isn’t great. We waited half an hour at a time just for drinks in an empty restaurant. Hotel rooms weren’t as clean as they could be, not sure if this is just the case in quiet seasons…? Bed sheets and towels never looked clean, always given towels and sheets with stains and marks on them. Even when the sheets were changed and we were given ‘fresh’ towels each day they had lots of stains on them. Good job we brought our own towels. The actual Hotel restaurant wasn’t open so we had to eat at ‘Happily’ which is attached to the hotel, again, not great. We went half board, we would have thought at least one soft drink would have been included but had to pay three times the supermarket price just for a Fanta and Ice Tea. Not all restaurant staff bothered to give the 10% discount hotel guests are entitled too when eating/drinking off of the set menu. Although, female restaurant staff couldn’t be faulted.

Great room size with lots of space (we had king suite), hotel is very modern and spacious with lots to do internally. You really need the indoor pool during winter stay as outdoor pool is dirty (chemicals not kept up) so it’s great customers have access to the (freezing cold and very high on chemicals) pool and sauna free of charge. Would have been nice to use the outside pool despite being out of season.

The mosquitos and lighting wasn't that great as there wasn't a main bright light but it does have calming relaxing adequate lighting

The staff accomadated my needs -they were friendly and hostpaility was outstanding. The hotel had everything I wanted . The spa and the ladies were top tier - great location - breakfast was nice overall it was a nice experience. The hotel was perfect for my stay oh and the room with the sea view -i could live there i had the perfect room -size and view -very happy

Thanks for the early check-in and the great and delicious food in the a la carte restaurant. Very friendly staff. Very central, close to the beach. Made us extra coffee due to early checkout (we had to leave at 6:00 AM). Cok tessekür ederiz!

The view from the balcony was of the dilapidated area of ​​the closed hotel, where there was a lot of garbage. Next to the hotel is a karaoke bar that plays loud music late into the night that can be heard even through closed windows. A very unsympathetic woman worked in the wellness area. Breakfast only from the menu, it would be better to choose from the buffet tables. They served smaller portions for dinner and the bar served overpriced bottled beer.

Modern accommodation in a good location. The advantage is unlimited access to the sauna, indoor pool, small fitness and children's playroom. Free parking across the street.

Even though the stuff was super friendly, the didn’t manage to provide the requested amount of rooms. We needed up overpaying almost twice due to the poor communication.

we booked two rooms and one of the rooms you could hear a lot of the noise/bar music from outside, most of the time it was fine but there was one night, the music was 10x louder than usual and kept me up until it stopped at around 12:30. The other room had a very noisy neighbour, up all hours of the night but that’s no fault of the hotels

We loved the facilities (went to the spa twice and regularly at the pool) and the interior of the hotel was so nice as well as the rooms.
