The young guy at the reception was friendly and helped us with recommendations, in the English language. The location was very central to the old town

The bathroom in my room was so dirty. The free setup for bathroom is not good enough. But i can say it is fair with this price.

Breakfast was good in the facility, also staff are very kind. I didn't spend at hotel all of my time but ı can say rooms need to be renovated.

As expectedly, it is an old building, a mansion with perhaps minimal renovation done. The room has the weight, the stuffiness, the smells of the years, so are the appliances, including the air conditioner. That said, everything worked fine. The bed was confortable and it was quiet.

Everyone in the staff is absolutely wonderful. Not only they let me store my bag almost the entire day, but they also offered a spare shopping bag when I needed one for my winter boots, and called me when I had left my winter hat and coat in the closet. Polite, pleasant, thoughtful staff and a great full breakfast in a beautiful outside courtyard underneath a lemon tree.

The street could feel a little unsafe in the dark.. But interesting further down in daytime.

Location not completely safe in the night

Hotel with XIX-century tradition with nice staff. Simple but tasty breakfast in a wonderful patio. Free tea and coffee all day. Close to Agora and old part of the city. Maybe not very fancy but in great price.

The corridors smells like smoke, probably lots of people smoke in this hotel. Its ok for one night. No elevators.

Air conditioner remote control is broken.

This hotel has a long history so that the facilities are not new. But it is comfortable to stay here ,and the location is in the city center. Also, the receptionist is kind and warm hearted who speaks good English. Anyway thanks for all.

The lock for the room was semi-broken and got stuck. The toilet flush button didn't have a cover. Windows thin so can hear outside, but area was quiet at night. TV didn't work.

It was central, right from the corner of the Agora and Bazaar. Not too far to walk to the promenade. Easy check in and useful staff. Can leave bags till afternoon. Good breakfast with local food. Toiletaries provided. Fridge in the room with water bottles. Feel like you're living in a previous century.

The bathroom didn’t look well maintained. There was water leaking, making the whole floor puddled. It was also very small, we could barely use the toilet and the shower.

We liked the vibes of the place, it looks vintage. The bed was quite comfortable. The location was good, very close to the main train station and busy areas.

Private parking would have been ideal, but they have a friend a bit further in the street with a guarded carpark so no problem. Breakfast options could be a bit better but there's nice breakfast places all around the hotel

Very friendly people, cute small hotel in a very authentic neighborhood with great food and drink options around. Easy to walk to Izmir center. A bit adventurous but if that's what you're looking for (and you have a small budget) this hotel is perfect. Especially the night receptionist is a very cool dude.

The rooms need renovation and care, it shouldn't be super expensive to remedy some things, but it would improve the experience of the guests a lot

It is not expensive, there is a working AC, the bed looked clean and there was hot water.

The bed wasn't that comfortable and the bed blanket wasn't great neither. The bathroom had a tile that wasn't fixed properly and it didn't look like it was

The room was a decent size, the breakfast was ok and had a section of things everyday. The shower was hot. The ac helped as it is quite hot now. The location is very close the bazaar and away from the bazaar there are lots of fresh produce and food to eat that is cheaper than the bazaar.
