Great location. Walking distance to the main entrance! Rooms were exceptionally clean and the host was extremely helpful by providing all info needed to navigate through pamukkale! Definitely recommended!

Could not complain about a thing, really.

Great location, with parking available. The rooms are small, but clean. The shower is great and the staff is very polite and helpful. The owner helped us book a balloon trip the next morning at a fair price.

You will get later message from this accomodation they only accept cash - fortunatelly EUR was fine. As we booked the hotel quite late we did not have time to read the message. Double bed is rather small but it looks like standard in Turkey hotels. Sometimes in these cases it is better to take single beds than double bed As the room is rather small, leave your suitcases in a car and take only what you need to save space.

Strong wifi. Comfortable mattress. Very clean - especially bathroom. Owner is always around to help you (outside the sleeping time). He also gave travelling tips. We appreciated good value for money. It seems like all hotels in this area and price category of around 35 eur have a similar standard for 2 people. It is mostly rooms for 3 people so the price of around 35-40 eur for 3 people is very reasonable. I have to rate overall experience as 9 because for 10 there has to be something special and this was a normal stay. But it was very nice stay and Pamukkale is beautiful place. 5 minutes walking to the gate.

Good location and less than 100 meter to the lower entrance. Free parking within the hotel compound. Spacious room with one double bed and two single bed. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. The air-conditioning and the shower functioning superbly.

My second time staying here; same room with comfortable bed, huge shower, and plenty of hot water. The family that owns this place is so warm and welcoming and the location is prime with easy walking distance to anywhere in Pamukkale - including lower gate for climbing the travertine up to the ancient city ruins of Hieropolis. It's my favorite place beyond Istanbul and I'll always stay at Hotel Pamukkale anytime I return to the area.

Previous guest was shedding hair there were hair in hard to see places. Other than that it was pretty clean.

Modest but nice room and spacious bathroom. It was very pleasant to drink a beer by the pool in the evening. The host is nice and made us coffe for free when we were leaving the place. Overall we left with very good feelings 🙂

Amazing service upon arrival and throughout our two night stay. We were very well looked after, including breakfast which was cooked on the spot for us. Location was great, just a short walk up the road to the gate and restaurants. Facilities had everything we needed!

Great value for money option in Pamukkale, just 5 minutes away from the famous travertine pools. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Friendly family running the business. Really good Turkish breakfast.
