I have a suggestion: please have more/different options at the food menu ..

The location, cleanliness and the staff made my trip memorable!! ... I want to thank Gaiti for her professionalism, Mohammad Abbas, Kobra & Nawid for their sincere assistance at the reception. A special "Thanks" to Koksal!! ... I also want to thank Aybuke, Zeliha, Sinan, Mustafa, Ogun, Gorkam, Yunnus, Samet, Fatih, Ali Ismail, Chef Unal and all the ladies who were responsible for the cleanliness of my room such as Hulya, and the lovely ladies who prepared the delicious and simple breakfast on daily basis .... Although the breakfast is kinda rich, but it is the same, and they don't change. Sometimes it is easy to hear the neighbours through the walls, which is annoying sometimes.

The staff are so much helpful. Whenever i call the reception for something they bring it, i like the staff attitude. There is a beautiful restaurant with view to the sea. There are so many flowers and trees around the restaurant and the hotel. We had a problem with our room, so they upgraded us to another one.

The place itself is on a beautiful hill, with amazing view from balcony. It's calm an cozy, and food/breakfast is delicious.

The Hotel Villas has no Elevators, which make it difficult for the worker to carry the luggages to high floors, and they need to have at least something like golf car to carry the luggages between villas especially during the high season.

I found this nice hotel in Booking. Com upon arranging our trip to north turkey, the room i booked was very nice with Jacouzi and Balacony with charming black sea view and garden view in addition to city and green mountains of Trabzon on each sides, everything was nice from the reception especially Mr. Muhammad Nasir, a very helpful, informative, pleasent and welcoming person, who speak a good english, some arabic and fluent turkish, although he is native Pakistani, he made me in love with place and help us in arranging our tours, and not to forget the turkish young receptionists Mr.Muzzafer and Ms.kardelen for thier nice, welcoming attitude and the communication with good english, at the last, the breakfast was rich, fresh in a charming lounge open in a nice garden with large sea view, definitely we will book the hotel again and we recommend it for all tourist.
