Very noisy, the walls are thing so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Plus the noise of the honks from boats are non-stop The drainer in the bathroom smells

Breakfast is offered on the 6th floor of a separate hotel/or external restaurant. The staff (especially Mrs. Zeynep) has given all the effort to make you feel uncomfortable. During the first 30 minutes of our breakfast, she asked us three times if she could take away our dishes and food. Obviously, she was looking to free up our table, so that she could generate revenues from paying guests as instead of hotel guests...

1. The advertised parking is in fact a building site nearby, highly questionable parking concierge service . Not recommended for a visit with a car. 2. The hotel seems newly built and overall nice and cosy, however facade soundproofing is simply non existent. Noting that it is in the busy Karakoy area, you might need your earplugs...

The location is simply perfect, right next to the Galata port and with easy access to any location in Istanbul.

A bit basic furniture, not even a chair or arm chair in my room, but you’ve got all you need for a comfortable stay.

One of the best locations in Istanbul. A few steps from Galataport quay promenad, inviting for a stroll, and near Karaköy pier, where you can admire sunset view over Galata bridge and both Rustem-Pasha & Yeni Mosques. Rooftop terrace is offering breathtaking panorama of Bosphorus. Princes’ Islands come out gorgeous in the morning light.

The styling of the hotel is very very sober and almost cold. Pur room was next to a construction site, the hotel can’t help that, but noises in the morning. It is also next to the cruise ships, so bring some earplugs if you’re sensitive for the generator noises.

As most people say on the other reviews the sound insulation isn’t bad, it’s non existing. You can hear every sound on the street! To top it all there is a club or something near bye, everyday until 4am.

The location was good, the staff were nice, they had 24h reception, the rooms were ok and clean. The view as quite good (depending on the room)
