- the whole apartment, very well organized and fully equiped - turkish coffee expressor - smart TV with all apps - very good wi-fi connection - view from 21 st floor - clean, fresh , pleasant atmosphere in all common spaces (reception, lobby, floors etc) - the pool and the gym - next to.hotel all you need: supermarket, farmacy, restaurants, cofee shops, etc - near to public transports - loving personal taking care of family cats, feeding them and offering a warm space to.stay very close to the hotel, in fact, like everywhere in Istanbul, good for them

Very limited breakfast options. Bedroom should have a TV Keycard contrôler is outdated. Smart system should be implemented English classes for housekeeping can be beneficial

Nice hotel, decent sounds insulation between the rooms and from the outside, could hear steps from above room though. Comfortable beds, good shower room. Metro is 10 mins walk, a few places to eat just outside of the hotel.

The one thing ididnt like is the cleaner ladies,, cleanig our rooms takes 10-15 min ..we call the cleaners and then we leave for 3 or 4 hours and when we come back we find the cleaners still in the room,its like they are waiting for us to give the tips,,and this happend 3 times

While the location was not a problem for us, it could be challenging without having a car or driver.

They offered us an upgrade to a 2-bedroom apartment. We really enjoyed the spacious apartments and the great equipment and utilities in it. Very comfortable beds. Daily room service. Amazing team in the reception. Perfect stay for family children.

We loved everything in the property… We had very pleasant stay, spacious and clean. I was able to cook and they had everything needed for cooking and washing. High end appliances. Bed and bedding were very comfortable and soft to sleep… Stuff and reception were very attentive and polite. We booked 1 bedroom , when we arrived the hotel stuff upgraded us to 2 bedroom apartment. Would definitely go back without a doubt. Keep up the good work guys, your service is amazing…
