The cleanliness was not upto mark. There was a foul smell in bathroom and even in room. The food variety and taste was found wanting.

Location is really good. 24 hours free bar is a plus.

Unvaccinated and unneutered cats. Over 60 cats in the resort , fighting, some sick, injured. The hotel chain should have an animal welfare policy in place and not just the Turkish way of uncontrolled breeeding. The hotel unfortunately is inadvertently causing suffering by not having a neutering policy. The cats are being fed inappropriate food by guests because food and water stations are not put out for the cats around the hotel. The hotel has made a cat hotel but unfortunately the way this has been built and the location of it and a lack of awareness of cat behaviour means the cats won’t use it. The ARK charity is kusadassi will work with the hotel to correct this . It’s now up to hotel management . If you are allergic to cats you may want to rethink a turkey trip . I would like the Ramada take the lead on animal welfare in the region. It would be a positive.

There's wasn't anything I didn't like about this hotel, it's a bit for from the center walking, about a 40 min walk but that's not an issue at all taxis are 4 euro down, and hotel staff are happy to get your taxi every time, so it wasn't an issue for us,

Hotel is amazing, staff are lovely they can't do enough for you, I would highly recommend this hotel. The entertainment for adults and kids every nite was great you wouldn't have to leave the hotel at all if you didn't want to.

Hotel isn’t new but everything was cool. Staff is hospitable and caring. There is own beach near the hotel with a bar and a special bus runs every 30-40 min.

Had to get a shuttle to the beach but this wasn’t really an issue for us, just something to note.

The room was a great size with a lovely view. Lots of bars and snack bars. The lobby bar open 24hr which was great! Food was nice and lots of variety. Staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and accommodating. Lots of activities, and it was so much fun. The entertainment was also really good.

Wi-Fi could of been better, noise at night but to be expected in such a big hotel!

Hotel very clean, food amazing and entertainment team create a great atmosphere! We booked as a last minute getaway and was very pleasantly surprised as reviews were mixed. Not a bad word to say about this hotel, would 110% recommend.

Food had hundreds of options but the worst thing was that no clear demarcation for vegetarian options. Even though the staff would help when asked, it became a bit much to do that every single meal. They should make a better effort at making vegetarian guests feel more at ease.

The facilities were amazing. From the pool, to the sauna and the hammocks, the events arranged at the amphitheatre every night, the unrestricted use of the gym and the water slides, the enormous spread of food and the numerous places to get food and snacks all day long - everything was just exceptional.
