Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Service is top! Beach is very beautiful, kid club is great. Food is very good and Pearl pool apartment is very nice with own pool. Floating breakfast in swimming pool is great experience.

IsraelI wish the quality of the facilities will be higher, many things looks outdated and can use renovation. Evening shows are very kids friendly, what about adults entertainment? Night parties can use a big upgrade. Better and louder music is needed in the adult pool. Extras such as renting a buggy to move in the hotel are way too expensive! Regarding guest services, its time to move everything to WhatsApp instead of asking the guests to go to the main lobby each time we want to book or ask something (the lobby is far away from everything) The current WhatsApp system the hotel use is managed by outer contractor which sometimes do not understand your needs and wants and the service can be much better.
The entire resort is amazing, very big and fun to explore. in the room huge bed and a huge pool very comfortable and quiet. Thai food restaurants was excellent and highly recommended. Olive restaurant breakfast and dinner are very good with large selection of foods. Staff of the hotel is super-friendly and make you feel welcome, they do really great job! This resort can be perfect if they implement some improvements and make it more 5 stars modern.

South AfricaToo many screaming children running and crying in olive dining room. Even if i sit in adult section, u can still hear the screaming and crying. It made us party of 5 very cross. To many young children at shows and aztec beach party, didnt feel like it was for adults. Our room 2207 did not get turndown service every night and our minbar was not stocked everyday. We asked for a soap bar to bath and waited a day before it came.⅝

Most Well set out hotel I have ever been. Huge but so smart the planning of it. all facilities near by and you don’t get tired by walking from room to breakfast to kids club to beach. We loved it. Same to say for dinning room, great selection for buffet breakfast/lunch/dinner, smart lay out of dining area also! a la carte restaurants also very good. Spa very big and I catch my zen there everyday, did not want to leave. Massage Specialist Ikhlas oh my god she make amazing sculpting and anti cellulite massage! if you go and try you will understand that this massage is worth every penny! I did many treatments in my life , this one is by far best massage ever! Generally great vibe at the hotel, every one is so sincerely friendly and welcoming makes you feel so comfortable and well!! Entertainment program , kids club , beach service, pool service - everything, everything exceeded our expectations,! Super well done to the management and owners, you are doing great job on all fronts, and we are very-very picky and well traveled clients !! Definitely coming back!

Czech RepublicIf your kids go to bed early, ask quiet room or villa.
Beach is private, huge territory and you can always find free good spot. There is "party" and "calm" zones. Also zone 16+ and zone for family with kids. Everything is "free" (all inclusive) on a beach. Like good quality top champagne and wines, smoothies, coffee, fresh juices and good strong liquors :) For kids - juice / hot chocolate / milk and other tasty drinks :) There is even a "beach battler" who os walking around and clean your glasses for free.
