Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ZimbabweThe breakfast is not the usual English breakfast to expect, it is not something i looked forward to. The TV would not switch on no matter the many ways i tried.You only get free water in your room for the first night. The kettle code was so short that boiling tea water required me to support it with so many things so that it would reach the plug.
The location is perfect. Close to EVERYTHING, all amneties , banks, train, restaurants and clothing shops for business.The staff is very peaceful,friendly , helpful, they go the extra mile.The hotel is a peaceful environment.

Considering the price, the hotel was pleasant surprise. Cleaner than similar ones in area, polite and professional staff, also the breakfast varied enough and tasty.

The heating is good (we stayed in March), the water in the tap is hot right away, you don’t have to wait for it to drain. Hearty breakfasts. The location of the hotel is very good and handy, next to a bus stop, train, metro, an ATM next to the bank on the corner, cafes, shops, a pharmacy, everything is nearby. Bus stop from/to Istanbul airport also is nearby. The staff was polite and helpful. Definitely I will stay next time in this hotel and advise to others as well.
