We went in winter so used the indoor pool and it could do with a bit of an upgrade

Simply put it was a wonderful break. We had a fantastic suite (4216) overlooking the centre of the hotel and managed to be upgraded to use of the Lagoon Restaurant which is normally I believe for use with Lagoon Suites. For the entire duration of our stay guest services , in particular Alina and Veronika, were wonderful. We would love to come back again.

1. We stayed in January when the central heating was on. The weather was exceptionally warm during this period (about 20-23°C), making the rooms uncomfortably hot. Unfortunately, since it was central heating and not air conditioning, we had to sleep with the windows open, yet it remained very hot in the room. 2. Kids Club - This is a cozy, renovated space with nice animation. However, the operating hours were always a surprise to me. They are open from 10:00 to 12:30, then take a break from 12:30 to 14:00, and close at 17:00. I really hope this is just a winter schedule, as it's not convenient, especially if you're looking to play golf, relax in the spa, or go shopping at Legend. Children from 4 years old can be left without parents, but there are also facilities for 0-3 year-olds, which require parent with a kid. 3. Indoor Spa - Honestly, it looks nicer in pictures than in reality. The facility includes 2 dry saunas, 1 steam room, a hammam, one large pool, one kids' pool, and 4 jacuzzis with COLD water. I didn't see anyone using the cold jacuzzis; people would touch the water and then, disappointed, move to the pool. Another surprising aspect was the total absence of drinking water - no cooler or water bottles available. While they offered fresh apples and oranges, there were no drinks. To get a drink, you need to go to the -1 lobby bar in your bathrobe, which is uncomfortable for guests who prefer not to see others in their swimwear. Please consider providing access to still water INSIDE the spa facility; it's very important.

1. Amazing room number - we stayed in the sea-view 2-bedroom room on the 5th floor. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. Although the room isn't new, it's very cozy and clean. One of the highlights was the jacuzzi bath that actually worked (unlike in other hotels where it's often non-functional). The room service was also exceptional. 2. The personal assistance services were amazing. Many thanks to Olga Ryzhova and Alexandra for the warm welcome and making our stay special. It was very convenient to have a separate chat with our personal assistant and receive answers to all our questions. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade granting us access to the Lagoon restaurant - a very unexpected and delightful bonus. 3. The food is awesome, making it one of the most delicious hotels on the Belek seashore. We dined at the Main Restaurant, Lagoon Restaurant, Steak House (à la carte), and the Italian Restaurant for a complimentary Christmas dinner. I must say, there wasn't a significant difference between the main (included) restaurants and the à la carte options, because the food was amazing everywhere. It was super delicious—many thanks to your chefs and restaurant teams. 4. Territory is not that big, but clean, cozy and stylish. Service is exceptional everywhere you go, you feel like you are very welcomed guest, which gives a nice flavour during the stay. If you get a little bored in the hotel - Land of Legends shopping mall and amuzement park is in 5 mins drive or 15 mins by walk. Also, golf center is located in the territory and you can take golf lessons (or play golf) for a reasonable price.

The Hair Salon

This is our 3rd time in Belek Antalya, we will be back at Kaya Palazzo. Many thanks to our resort assistants Olga and Ekrem. They took good care of us since we checked in till we checked out. Regarding the Kid’s Club, there are many programs for the children everyday; they also have Mini Disco in the evening. My child likes the team of Kid’s Club especially Katya & Seria. There are varieties of salads, meats, vegetables , fishes, desserts, and beverages in the main Restaurant. As a dessert tooth person, must try the desserts and beverages at Pâtisserie Café.

The resort is starting to age. Noticed several patches of paint starting to peel off of the wall and other signs of wearing off. Staff needs to be better trained to speak English.

Kaya is a sprawling resort that offers plenty of room to explore and wander around. The staff is courteous and affable. despite the language barrier, we felt the warm welcome and personalized care.

It's a top-class resort. We enjoyed the rooms, the pool, the beach, the night show. The food was beautifully displayed with every choice you could imagine. Service and staff are excellent. This place is magical. I was greeted by one of the staff members (Mila) and she helped me with all my requests. My girlfriend attended a trade show in that hotel during her birthday and I wanted to make something special for her after her work. Mila helped me organize the restaurant, cake & flower delivery, even found a wrapping paper for the gifts. Such a wonderful experience and hotel staff really cares for their guests.

I really can’t think of anything but if I had to be picky the lady at the market shop was a little rude, she started off being nice and then suddenly changed her attitude towards us! Maybe something something we said she didn’t like? We are still racking our brains as to why she suddenly became rude and looked down at the floor but my husband continued to go out his way to say hi and wave every time we saw her to make a point. It was more funny at the time but in all honesty there really wasn’t a single thing we could fault beside that one lady.

This has by far been the best hotel resort we have stayed at to date and we have stayed at many of the top hotels. The customer care and service was beyond what we expected. The food was especially delicious. As a fussy eater myself I usually struggle in al inclusive holidays but this was the first time we were provided with ample options and also tasty to Michelin levels in my opinion I couldn’t fault a thing. The staff were really attentive and friendly and even though we went during an off peak time in November they managed to make it an enjoyable experience for both myself and my husband. I would like to thank our rep Mila who went beyond her duty to move us to a different room as we were not happy with one or two menial things but she was insistent we get a better room and on our last day arranged a very nice meal for our anniversary at the sushi restaurant which again was at hakkasan levels. We were just amazed at the quality and service. We will definitely be staying at Kaya again on the future.
