The food variety and pool do not meet the quality of Rixos Hotel. The pool of children is dangerous due to its close side to the adult pool. No slides or playgrounds for the children. The hotel landscape is very big, so you have to do a lot of walking. The single bed size is 90 cm, which is very small and should not be for hotels as Rixos.

The sandy beach is good. Have big green grass spaces. The staff are nice as I give a big credit to Hazal. It happened that they gave us a very nice room with a balcony and a nice view.

I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like every area was tastefully designed and thought out The hotel is a rixos and we have stayed in many rixos in turkey and Europe this one was taken over by rixos in April 2023 and is a work in progress but it’s working hard to bring the hotel up to 5* standard

The hotel ground are spacious and well kept There is some work going on to improve facilities but it’s not too intrusive The rooms are light and airy with everything you need for a comfortable stay The people’s bar on the beach is amazing

Nothing honestly, but as Indians we expected more variety in Indian cuisines.

The hotel, staff & the hospitality was up to the mark. Very well connected property with beautiful view and amenities within the property. Special thanks to relations manager - Yara at the hotel! Her guidance with regards to the theme park, helping us with things to do around and in Antalya. She helped us throughout and was very kindly and sweet. Special thanks to her.

Food was warm never hot. Cold sometimes by the time you sat down. 2 separate restaurants for adults. People’s restaurant was 24/7 and fantastic! Bars and lounges were excellent!

Kids Club was amazing and excellent. Rixt kids club was safe and engaging for all the kids. The activities were brilliant and the staff were attentive, present and kept al kids engaged. Entrance to Lands of Legends was easy. 2 buses daily. Rooms in orient section were tired and old, but clean. Food was great but it was NEVER HOT and always tepid/ warm. This was the only problem. Other than the food RIXOS PARK BELEK WAS EXCELLENT! STAFF BRILLIANT!

Actually, it's the first time that i like everything from A to Z. No mistakes at all. Thank you so much for making my staycation with my sister in Antalya an unforgettable getaway thank you for your professionalism, thank you for your generosity, I think you have the best hotel manager in the world who gave us an upgraded room and extended our check out for free. The rixos team is just amazing. There's no single person who bothered us. They are all ah-mazing. Also, i would like to thank Mrs Farhat, who is the guest relations manager ( she speaks Arabic) for her professionalism. This is my second time in this hotel and clearly see there are many improvements in room and service quality . A very pleasant hotel, really welcoming atmosphere with lots to do. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was great , rooms were very nice I was staying in the orient area. Main pool was lovely, decorated very nice. The grill a la Carte very good and main buffet food variety satisfied. Drink choices were good also. public areas very clean and well kept, well maintain gym and exercise activities. Great location for Belek centre and it’s the closest Rixos hotel to The Land of Legends Theme Park. The biggest plus is free entrance to The Land of Legends Theme Park for sure ! Definitely come back !

Card wasn’t working in the beginning and the person who dropped bags confirmed wasn’t working. Only when room got dark someone came and fixed it. HDMI ports were blocked because of hotel settings.

The location is rather secluded so getting a taxi had to be from the hotel. Drivers won't accept cash and turn on meters. Prices quoted were exorbitant.

It was an all inclusive and many activities could have been done if not for the weather. The selection for breakfast and dinner was great. The room was clean and spacious with a full view of the sea and sunrise! A free shuttle and entry to The Land of Legends and Shopping Arcade!

Unfortunately its not wort the price you pay for the stay. The reason we chose this hotel was because its a Rixos hotels. Expecting service and feeling spoiled on our 3 days holiday after long months of working. The service staff get angry at each other in front of quests like there are no one there. Standing and talking with each other when they see that you are waiting for them. Even when you get eye contact. I had to stand up and tell them very politely that my food is finished and still no one come and ask me for a drink even if i get eye contact with several of your staff. The only answer i get is, so sorry mam, you are right. And still after that i dont get my drink. I had to go and get it my self. The food is of a second quality. Very little taste. Everything. Turkey is a country of very we’ll know for their excellent food. So we were hoping to eat some of that fabulous food here. But unfortunately we were disappointed at Rixor park. The table cloth was turned the other way when new costumer came. All glasses was dirty. We drink our beer directly from bottles. The wine was of a lowest quality. All the restaurants was closed because of end of season THING they say. Very very disappointing. Why take full amount ofmoney when everything is closed except main buffe restaurant. And the food is really bad. I would not complain if it was a 1 or 2 star hotel. Then I would except it. But this is supposed to be Rixos. We were so disappointed. The staff who was working with Land of Legend said to our friends that the waterpark is closed. But same day we went there with our family and everything was open. So our friends missed the whole thing about Land of Legends because of miss communication. The staff, the food, and cleaness does not fit a Rixos hotel unfortunately. I will not go there again and definitely not recommend for friends who have same Rixos expectations like us.

The staff does not want to work at all, and this applies to all staff - both in restaurants, and in the bar, and those, who cleaning rooms. In the room they bring poorly washed towels (it is disgusting). Staff at the bar instead of quality drinks, pour poor quality substitute. Especially be careful with Aperol, instead of it can pour Aperitivo, which is a different drink. Which personally caused me a terrible allergy. The food in the canteen also leaves much to be desired. For breakfast it was difficult to find something suitable and something that looks appetising.

Excellent location, 1 coast line, well equipped with everything near the sea and near the hotel. Lots of comfortable sun beds, easy access to the sea.

Rixos Park Belek was the best holiday I had in Antalya. The hotel offers a great service with its all-inclusive concept. Room is clean and comfortable, the food is delicious, the pool and beaches are beautiful. The staff is very friendly and engaging. I recommend Rixos Park Belek to everyone.
