Location is mesmerizing, staff is friendly, the rooms are so beautiful with a fantastic view, very comfortable beds and the room provides everything, the breakfast is very tasty

As the hotel is situated on the hill, it is not very convenient. Although the hotel has cars, the owner of the hotel seems less than enthusiastic to provide such service to the guests.

No sense to choose the hotel if you don't have a car or if you don't want to order a taxi every time you go out. The hotel is quite abandoned from all the main places. The restaurant is upstairs and you have to walk outside which is unpleasant in case of a bad weather. You also have to put on your warm outfit in case it's cool outside also not to freeze inside the restaurant since it's mostly summer-oriented

This is a small boutique hotel with a nice , cosy territory. The rooms are tidy and nicely designed. There is almost everything you need in the room including tea and coffee. Personnel was very helpful. They met us at a front door upon our arrival. Breakfast is served on a terrace with a magnificent view on a Marmaray sea and Greece Irelands. The breakfast itself is very nice. The best thing about breakfast as it starts at 9am and ends at 24.00:)))) Since we,ve been visiting in Jan the price for our stay was ridiculously low)

We had some issuese by payment in this hotel. while by reservation was clearly written they take just Cash .. before we arrived they took our money from credit card and we ended up with lot of cash and blocked credit card because of volume so we couldnt rent car so we had to pay us taxi. but in the end situation was solved.. by leaving we still payed all by cash and after 2 more they we had our money back on credit card.

Breakfast was in form of small tappas...lot of different toppings, coffe tea juice...was very nice. :) .every day lil small differences and variations. Views and place is very nice beautiful and in time when we were there sort of quite.. its not bad to come lil after season..not really weather for swimming (not even in swimming pool/ was super cold) but to enjoy its really nice.. you must count with sort of windy weather conditions in this area. Personal was nice and helpfull, roomservice was also good and they have nice smell system in hotel lobby as well in breakfast area.. We recomend this place for nice romantic holidays

Although quite new, there are some details running down, like loose sockets, missing tiles in the pool, some details of the design not well executed. But nothing serious to makes us have a bad experience. Maybe a blanket will be useful, autumn in Dalyan is quite cold.

Location is fabulous (ask for room 202), staff is very friendly and helpful, amenities were great and pool very nice. We were allowed to use the pool several hours after checkout, much appreciated. Breakfast is very good quality, they cook anything you want, but most important, breakfast has no time limit.

outstanding boutique concept mini hotel for chill out at a reasonable price and worth the money you pay. importantly that you get a room that would give you the best views. our initial reservation was not perfect location but the manager was kind enough to move us so we ended up living in 2 different rooms and the last one was a suit with jacuzzi and stunning views on the marina, sea and the pool. instagram sunsets guaranteed. recommended. you need a car to move around the area. taxis are not quickly available

Our room was quite small. If we go back I will definitely book a bigger room as it was quite difficult to get ready with our suitcases in the way and not much room in the bathroom.

Cleanliness, daily cleaning. I liked that breakfast is not tied to a specific time, you can always order breakfast. There are always clean towels by the pool, the area is very well maintained. The pool is small but also very clean. There is a bar next to the pool.

My wife and I went there for our honeymoon. We had an exceptional stay in this hotel. What we liked most about the service is the attention to detail. The staff was professional and helpful. We received personalized and private treatment. They have 10 rooms and each guest receives personalized attention. The room was super clean, neat, and tidy. All the interiors were brand new, the bed was super comfortable. We ordered room service and were amazed by the quality and delivery of the food. We had a birthday, the hotel send us a huge cake with a fresh fruit platter all complimentary. it was a lovely surprise. The room had an amazing ocean view, we barely left the room. We had our own outdoor seating arrangement and couples swing. My wife and I enjoyed our stay so much that we barely left the room. We definitely recommend the place and will be back again. Their breakfast is super glamorous and has a wide variety of choices. One day we were even served breakfast in the room, they brought it to our front outdoor area and it was truly amazing. The bathroom is spacious and clean and the shower was so fast and nice. The bathroom toiletries are all Bvlgari. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and we loved everything about it. Book this place and you will not regret it :) Thank you Sarezya team for the superb service and experience enabling us to have a wonderful time there. We hope you keep this consistency all the time.

this hotel is the best hotel, everything is perfect, very quite place, comfortable, cleanliness is not 10/10 but 100/100 and very, very kind staff. the rooms have a very special and unique interior. the view that the hotel offers is breathtaking. the pool is perfect and you can use it whenever you want breakfast and service are very good EVERYTHING IS PERFECT AND YOU FEEL LIKE HOME!! the owner of the hotel was very gental and very welcoming, everything thet we asked and need out of hotels ofert he accomplishment.

I couldn't think of anything really. The hotel was only open for one month so brand new and obviously you'd expect that not everything is perfectly in order yet, but we haven't noticed anything!

Superb boutique hotel at a superb quiet location at one of the nicest marinas in the area. The hotel staff did absolutely everything to make our stay here unforgetable, with a special thanks to Hassan! World class service Sa'Rezya team! Once again a special thanks to the owner as well for the unexpected but wonderful experience he shared with us.

Where do I start? The staff was more than nice, it felt like family! The Hotel is brand new, suuuuuper clean, everything is done with an amazing eye for details. You will Feel absolutely home and the view, the pool, the rooms are absolutely gorgeous. The Interior of the rooms are modern, extremely tasteful and it feels almost not like a hotel because its so intimate but yet the staff looks after you with an amazing effort. You could tell the entire Hotel from the staff to the facility to the whole experience itself, was just great. I booked this Hotel without knowing anything about it and I will return for sure next year!!!
