Perfect location above the center of the best preserved Ottoman town of Safranbolu. A very short walk to the tourist attarctions like old market and Cinci Han Caravanserai. And the breakfast was superb with the view to the old town

What a quirky little place, we enjoyed our stay. Abdullah was a great host, made sure we were looked after. Beautiful breakfast with great views of the old town. Lots of steps and steep hills around but keeps you fit! I would definitely recommend for an authentic Ottoman style experience.

For young children or very old adults the walk down to the town center can be a bit tiring or tricky.

It was great pleasure to meet the owner as soon as we stepped out of the car. After a very warm welcome and quick property tour we were treated with turkish coffee at the scenic terrace overlooking the old town center. Breakfast was delicious outside. Great location close to the town up with breathtaking view of the town. We loved this family run property with its charm, cleanliness and character. Each room is a bit different but quite authentic. Also, the service and staff was excellent.

The hotel has its own parking spaces. Mr. Abdullah was super helpful and friendly! He even managed for us to have an early breakfest as we needed to travell to the airport very early. The hotel has perfect view on th city.

Due to the fact that this is an old wooden house floors crack and sound isolation isn't great. Depends on how quiet and respectful the other guests are of course !

The location was amazing--the hotel was in the old city. The hotel was in a beautiful old house with great rooms. Our view from our room looked out over the old city. The breakfast was good. There was a nice patio. The host even mailed an item for us that we forgot.

In an old town where roads are impossibly narrow to navigate, this hotel still provides free parking on the property and it’s quite easy to drive up there. This is a photographers’ heaven where you can capture the best views of the old town within your room. The room decor is gorgeous and makes it one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

One of the best exclusive hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Absolutely stunning overlook of the entire city from my room and the yard, no need to even walk out. Walking distance(5min) to everything in the old town. I’m also blown away by the hospitality of the host. If you are interested in photography, this is one of the best locations.

Railing was not too secure going to the upper floor. However, the rooms there were much larger with great views, so I would encourage travelers to select those rooms.

This is a great place to stay if you want to experience a historically designated location. It gives you a feel of the community. Location was good for walking to the old village area. Excellent reserve of hot water for showers.

Since it is an old traditional house, it is made of wood so hearing noise from outside is inevitable. In addition to this, we thought that the hotel accepts credit card but we were asked to pay in cash. Although ATMs can easily be found near the hotel, it would have been better if credit cards were accepted.

The location of the hotel is really great which was just a few minutes walk to the bazaars. It's a bit of a hike but you won't regret it because of its beautiful view! The hotel is an old traditional house which provided us with an intimate and authentic feel. The room and the entire house is clean and cosy too! We enjoyed the breakfast overlooking the beautiful town, and it's definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The hospitality of Abdullah, our host, was impeccable! From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly and gave us recommendations on some places to visit. He made sure that we were having a great time during our stay, and we truly appreciate that.

Nestled on a steep hill, the hotel offered breathtaking views of the town. With just five rooms, it provided an intimate and cozy atmosphere. The cleanliness was impeccable, extending to the well-maintained toilets. The staff, although limited in English speakers, were exceptionally helpful. I particularly enjoyed the lovely breakfast served. Overall, it was a delightful experience with a touch of homely warmth.
