Rooms were a bit outdated but fine.

The staff are amazing! We booked last minute and the staff couldn't help enough, they arranged tours, early breakfast on checkout and even arranged some laundry for us. The location is fabulous, right on the beach and perfect for sunset drinks. Rooms are appropriate sized and have everything you need = value for money. The staff even gave our girls a gift fridge magnet on departure. Loved the experience!

The room needs a little makeover.

Just for the location, this hotel is worth the price. I love waking up in the morning with the sound of the waves. And breakfast was excellent. The host was super friendly and helpful.

There are no things I disliked... However, for some more demanding customers, the room could be considered a bit small. But from my point of view, it was exactly what I was looking for...And because I evaluate my stay, the answer is 0 (zero) unpleasant things.

There are a lot of things I liked! First of all, the hotel staff... Friendly, smiling, always responsive to the needs of the tourist... For everyone, a 10 out of 10. One more good thing... Hotel Serget offers parking, free, covered and supervised non-stop , at approx. 100 meters from the location. Free WiFi with excellent signal. And last but not least, the location of the hotel, right on the seafront next to the beach with fine sand and the view from the room...

The breakfast is OK. Maybe,they can put in breakfast some turkish borek or menemen or pitas with cheese.

Hotel has great location in the first line to the Ladies beach. Everyone in the hotel are very kind and helpful. We had underground garage for car, cozy room with sea view. The owner helped us to buy olives,he is great host.

Hotel is near the beach, just few meters! View from the balcony is one of the best. It s in the middle of the restaurant and coffee shops. It's a family hotel. Have a good parking in underground, 100 meters away!

Looks like a little bit '90s 😃 but nothing to complaint about specially

Great stuff/owners, fluent in English, ready to help all the time. Hotel is on the Lady's beach and our room had spectacular view on the sea. There is taxi station just few meters from hotel. Hotel has its parking near the building. We were in september.

I want to recommend this hotel to everyone, it is very clean, located on the most beautiful beach Ladies beach. The host is extremely kind and pleasant, he fulfilled all our requirements, we got an extra bed for a child, and he also provided us with free parking in the underground garage. The rooms have a beautiful sea view. The hotel is located in the best location and has a very reasonable price. Praise!

The WiFi signal in the room was weak and some times didn't work. The WiFi from restaurant was good and we could use it. The furniture was a little old but the room was clean and the bad was comfortable.

The location is excellent, the stuff is very friendly and helpful. The view from the room is very nice. We traveled by car and the hotel has a private parking near (150 m) where we could park for free. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

Located ten steps from the sea with a wonderful large terrace with a sea view, this place is absolutely perfect to stay in Kusadasi. Either if you're planning to swim the whole day or enjoy the sunset from the terrace, here you can get both. Friendly and helpful staff, large clean rooms with comfortable beds, a wonderful terrace, a small restaurant, and a tasty breakfast are advantages that make it literally perfect. You can easily reach the center with bus number 5 in less than ten minutes and that location is providing you probably a unique possibility to have a quiet room in Kusadasi where all you can hear in the night is the sound of waves.

Room was small

Location was the best you could find as just by the beach also in the middle of bars, restaurants and shops. Rooms were basic but clean .had fridgebut no kettle.
