The hotel was very comfortable. No lift but it is okay. We slept well. The owner Mr Sezgin is very kind and helpful. He also helped us to arrange our day trip to Ephesus and introduced us to Mr Sakir who droves us there. We really enjoyed our holiday.

The internet's connexion didn't reach the room, It will be good to have an extra mirror outside the bathroom and at least a chair

It is pot luck as to whether or not you get a room with the features as in your confirmation. I stayed in two different rooms and neither matched my confirmation.

The room is clean and modern and everything works OK except the wi- fi was sometimes too weak to stream. The staff are friendly enough. There is a so-so breakfast included. It is decent value for money.

The walk up the hill but a taxi costs about 3 euro.

The breakfast was good with a large variety, the Staff were very friendly, super swimming pool , and one thing that makes the Sergin hotel stand out from the rest is the Fridge in the room we have stayed in the 5-star hotels with no Fridge, Overall well worth a stay.

Didn't have a balcony for smoking. So you should go out of your room. Also there were a few people that made very noise. Reception should ask them be more quiet. I dont know if they did maybe they did. We booked 1 double bed room but we got two singles beds. But its ok, doesn't matter. Just mentioning.

Renovated bathrooms, new AC, very nice breakfast and friendly owner. He can give you any information you may need. Location was very good. Very closed to the main market street. Mostly we are satisfied and we will return back again. Thank you Sezgin.

Could be tricky to find but well worth the effort.

Warm welcome at the friendly small hotel inthe old town.V good staff and plenty of breakfast. Parking is good in this v busy town.Refreshing small pool .Quiet at night.

Charged silly amount for a bottle of wine (40 euros for a 9.50 bottle ) When got it down to 30 euros reluctant to give change.

My booking said pool view with balcony, but i didn't get that. I wasn't overly bothered though, as I was only there for 2 nights and arrived late on the first night.

(1) No safe deposit box in room. (2) No bottled water provided.

(1) Friendly, family-like atmosphere. (2) Not too far from shopping area and good restaurants: so it was very convenient. But a good 10-15 min walk from beach area. (3) Decent, healthy breakfast. Nothing outstanding.

The breakfast was very nice, but not up to par with other places I have been in Turkey. But it's not a negative comments, just a note :)

Lovely place, family owned, walking distance from the town and the port. I saw a 1 star review for the pool, I did not use the pool (cold November mornings) but looked sparking clean. Very quiet location, have their own parking area, and friendly owners always greeting with a smile.

The personnel was very nice, but they tried to up sell us a few things like boat tours.

Perfect location, right in the city center. The beds are comfortable, and eating by the swimming pool in the garden is really amazing. The food is also good.

The electricity sockets near the bed were not working properly. It took a long time to charge our phone.

Our room was recently renovated and we can still smell the paint. Other part of the hotel is not renovated yet. The bathroom is new and clean but the tiles can be a bit slippery. The hotel has its own parking space and well located near all the shops and restaurants.

The room was at the end of the hallway and the wifi did not reach the room, had to run a hotspot off of my phone to work. There was only 1 sheet on the bed covering the mattress and a then decorative cover. There should be a sheet to sleep with on the bed. I found an extra blanket in one of the cabinets but it smelled weird. Shower was not very clean.

The location is great, only a short walking distance from the seaside. Free parking was a huge plus. Air conditioning works well and the bed is comfortable. Recommend it for travellers on a budget.
