Very remotely located about 20km away from shops and restaurants. Public transport however is good.

Very clean with a fantastic view on the Black Sea. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fully operational restaurant. Prefect for a break away, away from the hussel and bussel.

The front is on a duel carriageway...but you can't hear it from the back you have to go around the loop to get back to the hotel.

I would like them to improve the breakfast it is really really limited, also if something is finished in the breakfast buffet they need to replace it immediately, ex. Bread or tea or even water. other than that it was a fantastic stay. thank you

Very clean. The room is spacious and the view is breathtaking, gives you the feeling that you are in the water. The location is far from Trabzon almost 15 minutes by the car, but it wasn't a problem for us because we had our car with us. The staff are amazing and really nice and helpful The view of the sea when eating breakfast is really fantastic.

It might have been the timing, but the bar and restaurant was closed. There are not many choices to eat around but you have to try the little restaurant down the road....

Garden may be noisy sometimes due to cars noise near hightway

we were on the sea view side, so we liked everything. The hotel is close to the highway, but due to the fact that our window was towards the sea, everything was quiet. very close to the bus stop. 25 km to the center. The staff is top notch and polite.

The location is great and peaceful. In general, it was clean and a very good room service was provided during our short stay, the open buffet breakfast was diverse and delicious, thank you.

I have a lot of experience with hotels in Turkey and can say that the rooms (saw 2 rooms in total) are dirty and the fully male staff is not friendly. Not only had the area under the pillow hairs, but also I had to go through a disgusting moment when I realised that the towel I was just going to use after shower was also having three long hairs in it. Furthermore: Dont eat or smoke Shisha there: they are double as expensive as the restaurants outside. Dont let yourself be manipulated by the offensive and active approchement of the staff who want to make you spend your money there. Just say "no, its too expensive". And on top: they charge 150 Euros per night for one room in a hotel which is next to the highway. Not even 4 star hotels in capitals charge that much. Dont let yourself be tricked by that. In Turkey you can easily find a cheaper, cleaner, friendlier place to stay.

No bottled water in the room. At the reception there are only small bottles at a very high price. The rooms facing the road are too noisy. Cleanliness of sheets and towels is questionable.

The hotel is close to the road and if the direction of travel is west it is convenient. No time is wasted in finding it.

No private beach, no kids play area as mentioned in the hotel facilities. When we asked for tissue, they told us to use toilet paper! Breakfast was limited

The management if the hotel and the staff are very bad and not polite. They did not care for anybody and not doing their jobs. For example: The buffet of breakfast was not clean and a lot of flies on the food, no body welcome for us and there was only one person serving during breakfast and was angry all the time. The food was finished and no body add extra food in the buffet, also the drinks like tea and coffee were finished, so we decide not to go to breakfast again for the other days, Also the cleaners not cleaning our room all the 3 days we stayed even after notice the reception. Not body like to help us in carrying bags when we checked out. The reception staff not speaking English, and when we need then they close the telephone and sleep on the desk of reception. Really, it was a very bad experience for us as a family in this bad hotel, and we just spent our money without any benefit. I recommend booking to remove them from the website.

The location of the hotel is excellent near the sea, and it is new.
