The best is the huge clean pool. Then, the location is perfect. Just a few metres to the lower gate. The breakfast was yummy with a rich selection. The rooms are not special but comfy and very clean.

The noise from the teenagers staying at the hotel. There is no hot water early morning as I had to leave early to catch my flight. The toilet paper was almost finished and not being replaced. Dirty toilet roll on the floor behind the toilet. TV was not tunning. The wi- fi was not connecting.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was average.

Breakfast should be improved. It’s not worth it. Pool could be a bit more maintained.

Staff are helpful. Location is good. Close to a lot of food places and the less crowded gate to Cotton Castle. Very spacious hotel premises and well maintained garden. Balloon rides are visible from balcony (I stayed in 209).

Few minutes walk to the Hierapolis site & restaurants. Easy public transportation/bus/van (250TL) waiting at airport to hotel. Good buffet breakfast but got to eat early, otherwise the hot food section will be cold. Clean big outdoor swimming pool but water is cold.

Minor complaints. I’ve never been to a hotel where the bed didn’t have an upper sheet or comforter, just a bottom sheet and a blanket. I would have felt more comfortable to have a top sheet. Also, to be honest, the man at the reception desk needs to shower more often.

The location is superb! Right next to the travertines/Hierapolis. Also very close to restaurants. The staff was nice and they have a beautiful pool.

It’s very old. And the facilities are limited. There was not even a kettle or coffee station in the room. We traveled with a baby, so kettles are a necessity. I think it needs a revamp.

It was very close to Pammukale(across the street). The hosts were very helpful. I had a terrible cold and they brought an extra heater to the room for us. It was clean and we were comfortable so we were really ok.

The beds are not the most comfortable but they do the job.

The location is right next to Pamukale, which is great because this is what we wanted to see. Decent restaurants around the place has a pool and the prices are good.

We had 2 rooms. One was fine, the other had a broken shower door. They both smelled a bit dusty which was hard on those of us with allergies. The beds were a bit on the hard side.

The location was good, the pool was open late so we were able to let the kids swim after a long hot day of exploring ruins. The grounds and exterior and pool area was lovely, the rooms left a bit to be desired, which was fine for the price point.

    Nothing

Our stay at the hotel was very excellent, the place is clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff were very kind and cheerful, especially the lady who owns the hotel. The swimming pools were more than wonderful because there is more than one swimming pool in this hotel. The location is very close to restaurants and shopping centers, in addition to the entrance to the tourist center of Pamukkale. I highly recommend this hotel.

The downside is, half of the rooms are facing quite noisy road. Street ricers are riding their bikes and across the road there is a street food vagon/cafe which is popular i think. Unfortunately all the double family suites face this road and hotel drive-in. Both rooms' doors were incredibly squeaky. You can have hot water/tea in lobby, but no kettle in-room.

Location has pros and cons. It ıs situated close to the Pamukkale museum entry, which is a plus. The pool is very spatious, there are kids pool and indoor warm pool. Inner yard is green and nice, has a lot of space (compared to family hotels) The host was russian-speaking, nice and helpful ^_^

Just as anywhere else in the Turkey, almost no ham or meat generally served for breakfast.

Regarding the price excellent accommodation. First impression was great. The room looked like a new one. Perhaps later we saw flaws namely in the bathroom which would need a better maintenance. Anyway, comfy bed, balcony, aircon and breakfast included.

If the room is on the side of street, it can be crowdy and loud all night long.

Refrigerator was old, but it still worked very good. Two swimming pools and great choice of breakfast. Very nice and familiar reception. Good quality for the price.
