Couldn't get how to regulate the shower temperature but maybe it needed more time.

Excellent room for such a price. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Fridge, safe, water, coffee and tea. What surprised me it's an elevator which I didn't see in previous hotels of even more expensive rate. Excellent Reception staff service which offered and provided with private transfer from the airport for reasonable fee. Perfect location near the Istanbul Airport. I definitely recommend this hotel and plan to book it again.

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

Everything - for this price you can’t beat the services and quality. The room was spacious, nice Turkish breakfast was included in my fare, staff is very responsive and kind (I was jet lagged after an intercontinental flight, and woke up hungry at 1 am - although the restaurant wasn’t working anymore at this time, the receptionist answered me in less than a minute via WhatsApp). Amazing for long layovers, 15 minutes from the airport by Uber, the price range is between 350 and 500 lira. They offer transfer as well.

It was a very good experience staying there. I travelled with my 5 years old son and the staff were very helpful. They even let us a little delayed check out since our flight was not till late evening. I had a pleasant stay and highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were extremely polite ! I will never forget I arrive very tired early in the morning and they gave me room as was available and didn’t make me wait until the original check in time ! She supermarkets are very close to buy anything you want plus the hotels work with many restaurants around the area! I just wanna say thank you to the polite staff

Hotel advises airport transport service, however they DO NOT have their own transport and the transport service they offer is way over-priced at USD 25 per direction. I would recommend taking a normal taxi to and from airport, this will cost 280 liras, around USD 7. On the way back to airport hotel offered to call a taxi, however they did not tell this will be a fixed price service which comes almost 50% more expensive (400 liras = more than €10) than just getting a normal taxi, since they have a commission agreement with a taxi company. If hotel would advice in advance that taxi will be more when they call it this could be acceptable, however they do not tell this and then client is stuck with over-priced taxi compared to just getting a taxi on their own.

The smiling and courteous staffs, they do their best to help you to meet your needs. They are so friendly. They make sure you are comfortable and happy during the stay. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again and highly recommended this hotel.

Quick drive from the airport and a smooth check in. I ordered small dinner and got delivered yummy Turkish food with extras. Hotel is very clean and modern, it's impressive for this price. Same with the room: spacious, super clean and tidy, massive bathroom. I had a very comfortable sleep. Now about to head back to the airport. I'll come back when I have my next overnight stopover in Istanbul in a couple of weeks. Recommending it to everyone.

Nothing, everything was great for the purpose of my visit. However the location itself doesn't look so nice so if you want to go out for a walk or find some food nearby, it didn't feel like there are many options. But for me it was really good, as I just wanted a place to sleep for the night.
