I can't actually say I disliked a thing.

The room was absolutely amazing. The views, the size...everything. I cannot wait to revisit. The restaurant downstairs does AMAZING food! Beach is great too, Fernando is so lovely and attentive.

Wifi was not working throughout my stay. It has been a major problem and headache as my data package was limited. It was communicated to reception on day 1. And they knew it before as other customers had also complained. But still their technical team was not able to fix that issue. Do check wifi connectivity in your room upon arrival. Everything else is perfect in this hotel.

Hotel is very nice, clean, facing beach front, close to city center. Location of hotel is very good. Room size was also very good. Breakfast was excellent, varied, very fresh and tasty. And the sitting area for breakfast is a lovely place. Everything except one was great about this hotel.

The bathroom could be better cleaned in our days there. The towels were changed but it waws not cleaned properly.

The location is amazing for someone who is looking for a calm and peaceful place to get a break. Close to the hotel there's a lot of pubs which guarantee that you can have fun without walking a lot through the city. The staff is very kind, with no exception, everyone treated us very well.

My overall experience was very good but I would recommend a bit more attention to bathroom cleaning, especially around the glasses and stainless steel.

My stay at Aurasia in Marmaris was a serene escape. The sea view from my room was simply breathtaking, complemented by a comfortable bed that ensured a restful sleep. The restaurant waiting staff were not very attentive, there was no evening entertainment at the hotel, apart from a guy playing his guitar and singing for a hour at the weekend

Breakfast wasn't the most consistent variety wise, but there was enough to make it work.

How welcoming and efficient all reception staff and managers have been. Always happy to help. They even arranged for me to view the rooms in their sister hotel, Deluxe, for my return in the summer. The customer relations manager was very hands-on and assured me that nothing was a problem for them to assist me with. Professional and welcoming experience with a smile.

Guy at the beach club asked me to pay for and sponsoring his visa to Canada. I don't blame him for shooting his shot, but when I said that I couldn't do that, he was rude the rest of my stay. Very unprofessional.

The hotel itself was wonderful. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. The location was great. The breakfast was amazing.

Rooms are not soundproof, so you hear both neighbors sound and the late parties in Hotel’s restaurant and other bars in the neighborhood. You should know that, you can not sleep before midnight. Breakfast was not self-service and they did not mentioned before that they will provide the same limited menu everyday. Very bad internet connection. Not working in the room at all. We could only connect to internet when we were in lobby or restaurant.

As based in quite a touristy area it meant at night could be loud but that didn't bother us much as they usually lower music at midnight. As for the rooms the mirrors were also tinted which didn't help when you wanted to use them for photos or doing makeup etc...

Great hotel right on the beach where you could have food and drinks from the hotel - having a private beach was great touch. For the rooms the beds were very comfy and the room was large enough for 3 of us without feeling like we were on top of each other!

- The room was so small, just enough space to walk around the bed. - our room was directly above the restaurant and at 10:30/11pm nearly every night for a couple of hours they have a live band with DRUMS playing and it’s so loud! - Wi-Fi speed very slow, couldn’t watch any films without it buffering every 2 minutes - not noise proof, can hear people walking directly above us, it generally sounded like they were in our room - balcony very small, can only just sit in the chairs provided - although the bed was comfortable, they only provide a little thin blanket, no duvet available. This made it uncomfortable for me as i woke up throughout the night forever putting the thin thing back on me. It is not big enough for 2 people but they did offer another thin blanket. - their part of the beach is next to a drain into the sea and it smelt so bad we couldn’t sit there. Also their sunbeds are not as good quality as others on offer. In içmeler, a short drive away, their beaches are better and free to use

We booked last minute due to our other accommodation somewhere else unexplainably cancelled our stay. This hotel was already in my favourites so I was pleased there were vacancies on the day through Booking.com - Our bedroom directly overlooked the sea it was beautiful - bed mattress and pillows were very comfortable - large shower with big shower head, clean bathroom - hotel was right outside the beach and on the main street with bars, restaurants and shopping - we got 10% off to eat in their restaurant (we didn’t eat here however) - we got free access/sunbeds to their part of the beach

The air conditioning was automatically turned off at night. What frustrated me was that it was only turned back on after prompting the reception, and this happened several days in a row. It was bothersome, and I shouldn't have to deal with such issues during my vacation.

The location is very close to the beach and very friendly staff.
