The bed I had was a little Bouncy but I slept well.

The staff was friendly. It was close to an area we needed to visit. The free bfast was good.

Nothing to report really, something to improve is probably breakfast, which could be more diverse. Another suggestion is to have better shower curtains as water tends to go out on the floor of the bathroom.

this is a very easy to reach property that is approximately 20mins walking from Universal Studios. You just need to cross a bridge and you get there easy. The staff was amazing, extremely helpful even when we asked them if they could keep our bag till 8pm after we already checked out of there. Breakfast was included, nothing fancy but many options and you get out of there feeling you had enough food. Coffee machine was also running 24/7. The room was quite clean, parking is free (and plenty) and bed was comfortable. There are many restaurants nearby, and some of them have vegan options (there is a soup place across the street that had one of the best noodles I ever had)

It would have been nice to have a hot tub. Having more fresh fruit options (like berries) would have been nice. Having whole wheat options would have been nice.

The breakfast was good. I was thankful for low carb high protein choices. The location was exceptional. Within walking distance to outlet stores, great restaurants, and Universal. I was also thankful for the shuttle, but wish it left Universal later than 5:30pm.

From the outside, it looks a bit rough. It's situated at the back of a parking lot and just looks a bit dodgy. It isn't though. It's very nice inside.

Nice place. Very friendly staff, Great welcome - held our luggage behind reception all day until check in. Rooms were fine. Massive TV. 25 minute walk to Universal - Easy to get to. Perfect for us.

The shuttle only leaves for Universal at 8:00am then returns at 5:30pm. It would be good if they could offer something a few times a day. The beds and pillows are only fair.

The hotel was clean, safe, quiet and around the corner from Universal a $7-$12 Uber ride. Most importantly, it was a great value. The breakfast was also very good.

Hotel was a bit old, reception's area a bit small but everything's clean.

Very good location, close to supermarkets and restaurants/coffeeshops. Easy to reach Disneyland. Easy parking. Room was spacious, air conditioner in room works well. There's also coffeemaker in the room and washmachine with tumbler in the facility. Breakfast was okay, the receptionist was nice and always great us when we come in and out.

I did not like how everything in the room felt damp. If I left my clothes out and had the air running, it felt damp when I put them on. Even the sheets on the bed. And I know I didn’t turn the air on incorrectly because I worked it like I have done many other hotel rooms and I didn’t feel that same humidity/dampness.

We went to visit universal, the location was perfect, it’s not even 5 minutes away and there’s a shuttle that will take you there also. The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is not as updated in terms of the modern look some hotels now have, but it was still a clean, affordable hotel. It also was very quiet, I could not hear the people below me or next to me. I did feel like the rooms were a bit humid even with the air on, but nothing that was too annoying. I would recommend this hotel if you’re traveling and need something quick for the weekend, or if you are on a strict budget.
