My card got charged twice and the staff act like it wasn’t a big deal

The bathtub in the handicap room was very slippery and did not have any bars to hold on to. No place to put anything in the bathroom, no hooks, shelves, stands, seems unfinished.

Most of the staff was very friendly. Dray at the front desk was extremely helpful and nice. The room attendants also did a good job.

There was garbage outside, like beer cans near the front door that weren’t picked up during our stay.

Breakfast could have been better, the outdoor furniture needed replacing, new management making improvements shhould be better on our next visit.

I didn’t rate it a 10 because the breakfast was fine but nothing special. They need another big trashcan in the breakfast area because the person at the front desk also deals with breakfast being supplied which keeps them busy.

They’re almost finished completely remodeling the entire property. The rooms, the lobby and the grounds were like brand new. The staff, including Jake, Gordon, Jordan, and Marchelleta, We’re very professional and truly cared for the people staying there.

I waited ten minutes to check in, despite putting it on my reservation sheet. No one was in the lobby, no one responded when I called out (around 8:30pm), and no one answered the phone when I called it to try and find someone working.

The price was great, location pretty good, and breakfast solid. They could keep breakfast service going the whole way to the end time. Pretty clean facilities.

The property was under construction. Wish I got to stay on one of the completed rooms. Lobby was very nice. Hot breakfast is always a plus.

Dryer in self-service laundry was out of commission. There was no sign to that effect, so we didn’t know till our clothes were already washing. Hopefully this was a one-off. As they renovate, it would be really nice to add a restroom off the lobby/breakfast area.

This property offers us everything we need, while not making us pay for a bunch of stuff we don’t. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is modest but offers eggs and waffles plus fresh fruit. Staffing is lean, but staff members were always courteous and helpful.

Breakfast is just for the namesake. It can be considered as not available. I stayed for 3 days around 25th dec and all 3 days there was unavailability of breakfast for different reasons and we had to ask the front desk for every single thing which they had in stock even when we adhered to specified breakfast time.

Cleanliness, spacious rooms and friendly staff are plus point.

Earlier this year, there was a little lobby bar. It didn't seem to be operating this time. That's a small complaint though, as hotels in this price range don't typically have a bar.

I've stayed here twice now and would do so again. It's very convenient to our daughter's house, and the price is great. While the decor is a bit dated, the rooms are very spacious and have everything we need.

The only area where there could have been more was the continental breakfast. In my experience with this chain, there is usually at least one hot protein option and there wasn't. They did have good waffles though.

So it is a Comfort Suites and what you expect you got. I expect the chain to be a great budget option with clean, confortable facilities and decent beds. The beds were better than expected and the suite room was a great price for the space.

A bit hard to get around because of road construction, but that’s temporary.

Surroundings aren’t scenic, but very convenient to Galveston and NASA. Room was lovely and spacious. Actually a little bar and restaurant off the lobby, which I appreciated. Quite decent breakfast (raisin bread was a nice touch!). Machines in guest laundry rather old and noisy, but did a fine job (for cheap) with my clothes. Great little pizzeria nearby, Marco’s Pizza.

the restaurant at night wasn’t that good. I liked the cheese sticks and Mac n cheese. stay away from the meatloaf.

The bf was good. There was a man always refilling and cleaning during breakfast. the beds were comfy. The room was clean and smelled good.
