The ice machines were broken on every floor so you could only get ice from the bar. The elevator was also broken on one side of the hotel, so you'd have to walk to the other end or take the 3 flights of stairs. Lol I took the stairs alot because the elevator would be busy. Also my purchase said breakfast included and then the hotel said no, it wasn't. The pool and hot tub were extremely dirty!! I'm talking black bottom in the hot tub!

The room was large, the outdoor sitting area was nice, the beds were comfortable and the water was hot.

The staff stayed sitting in the back whenever trying to check in. I had to wait 15 minutes to be checked in cause no one was at the front desk. Just the person at the bar was working. The person that checked me in didn’t explain anything about the amenities like the pool. Whenever I went to get something in the lobby to get some water I went to see if I had to pay for it, once again no one at the front desk so I walked out the hotel and then the lady working the bar ran behind me to see if I wanted to pay for the water of course I said well I waited and no one was at the desk she told me I had to come in and wait cause the person working the front desk was on break. I paid $3.50 for a bottle of water which was ridiculous.

The property was Neat Cleaned and Organized and close to the mall.

I wake up by 5 am. Went downstairs to get coffee because husband sleeps in. Ridiculous they didn’t have a pot of complimentary coffee. The coffee to buy didn’t open until 7. Had to drive to get coffee This is a great chain but coffee is essential when traveling

The room was very attractively furnished. As always the beds were very comfortable. The room was clean. Did not use breakfast buffet - had other plans. Pool was and hot pool were used - well maintained. Lobby and seating areas in lobby and down first floor hallway were attractive and comfortable. Appreciate mini fridge.

I loved staying at the Marriott Courtyard on Siegen its the only place I like to stay but the air conditioner wasn't getting cold so it was little hard for me to get comfortable and go to sleep cause I was hot. The next day when I got off the room had not been cleaned and so I had worked 12 hours and didn't have any clean towels. I didn't know I had to request for the room to be cleaned. However when I told them I wanted a new room cause the air didn't worked they accommodated me and gave me another room but it had a weird smell and few roaches on the floor I had to clean.

The lady at the coffee shop needs to lighten up smile be happy. I know she was probably over worked tired but still she was the first face we saw that morning smile. Plus the coffee was sooo gorss definitely not starbucks taste
