Ice machine broken on 2nd floor. No ice machine on 4. Had to go to 6th floor. Recommended to staff at the front desk to put signs in the elevators that ice was on six. This would have been helpful for all your customers. No signs appeared. We had to have our room cards reactivated every day. Apparently phone or security can deactivate them. Shower pressure was pretty pitiful.

An unfriendly reception worker. We were glad she didn’t assist us this time. When we arrived after 3 pm, the room was not ready, so they gave us a room for a disabled person. ( wheelchair) The spacious bathroom was good. But the ac made a lot of noise and was put on timer, so we turned it off. The pillows were of foam and too hot.

The hotel is not far from the mall in Jersey Gardens. And it has a storage for the luggage in the foyer.

The attitude of one specific reception clerk. She wasn’t friendly. There was a nasty smell of marihuana in the elevator and foyer. The hotel shuttle didn’t arrive on time at the airport.

I have a pending amount of 48+, and I do not know what it is. There are no restaurants around in a walking distance. You are only able to go in the city by bus two blocks away from the hotel or else you pay double the money for the train. What I didn’t like was the fact that I made the booking almost six months ahead, and a week before staying at the hotel, the price was 200 dollars less. I wrote both to the hotel and booking.com they received my mail and I have got no explanation why. I am still waiting for the fair policy rule to apply.

All a bit tired looking.

Large room. Comfortable beds with loads of pillows. Free shuttle to and from Newark airport, which was easy to find. Friendly staff. Clean.

It took FOREVER to check in? The staff seemed to be having a problem with the computer regarding one guest’s stay. Both people at reception stood and peered at it for ages, while the line of other people trying to check in got longer and longer. When we finally got to the head of the queue the receptionist seemed very unsure of what she was doing - didn’t explain how to use wifi, the airport shuttle, the food options, so that was slow too. It seemed as though she was new to the job and really needed some more training/experience.

Good location for Newark airport, good shuttle service. Dinner was nice. Dawn view towards Manhattan - amazing!

The lighting in my room was very dim.The business conference center needs some looking into it was untidy and the microwave oven was the last thing I wanted to use to heat up the pizza.

The cafeteria did not open at the time they said it would and the shuttle service was late but the front desk staff looked for other ways to help us.

The front desk staff and restaurant waiter were very helpful and nice. The Bar Restaurant serves very good food.

My room smelled like cigarettes. Wall paper was peeling away from the wall and decor was too dark for such a small room.

Great customer service at reception. I was early and was immediately checked in. Bed was comfortable. There was spilled food on my floor near another room. I told a member of staff who took care of it immediately.

Insisting on Deposit and not allowing you to go to the room initially even though the room was paid for, was surprising to us. The corridor and the room had a lingering smell, which we did not like.

Room is spacious and clean. Toilet is very good. TV is good.

It’s kind of dated but extremely clean. Also to access the entrance is a little tricky so pay attention. There’s a $22 parking fee. I didn’t mind the price to park but would have liked to know beforehand. The two ladies at the front desk were very nonchalant and not welcoming. I felt like I did something wrong or owed them something. They didn’t even tell me where my room was or how to get there. Someone from housekeeping had to assist me to find the elevators, and the restaurant.

Staff were lovely, the hotel is dated but the rooms are clean and the beds super comfortable. The buffet breakfast included coffee, tea, juices, scrambled eggs, sausages, beef patties, roast potatoes and a sizable selection of pastries. The shuttle bus was free to and from LAX P4.
