The rug was absolutely filthy 😳 the room smelled really bad upon entry. There was someone else's long hair still stuck to the tub.

We had our room flooded from upstairs and they offered us another room but were leaving that morning and did not wish to pack and unpack for just a couple of hours. They were not open to small reduction in price!!

Not many options in that town so probably a good place to stay.

the daytime staff member was very rude. we had issues with our keycard not working and it took 3 trips to get it right. she was very rude about getting us a 3rd keycard.

My husband and myself were bitter by a couple of bugs. There were bugs crawling on the ceiling. There were young men hanging outside drinking beer. There was a four wheeler roaring their engine a couple of times during the night.

Room was semi clean, had a smell of cigarettes coming out of the register and had dead bugs in the bathroom . The waste paper can in the bathroom had a half inch of water in it with a dried brown substance splashed on it. Waste cans did not have liners in them. The bed was not comfortable but had an ample amount of flat pillows. The second day of our stay, while sitting in our room with the door locked but the security chain in place the housekeeper without warning, knocking, or identifying herself, pushed the door open so hard it bent the lower portion of the chain bracket causing damage to it. After she did this, she walked away to leave us with the damage. We called out to her to tell her the damage she had done and all she would say was “ I was going to refresh the room.” We were told at check in told rooms would not be refreshed due to Covid. We asked the housekeeper for a trash bag for the waste can and she told us they did not use them. She left and came back with (We assumed a supervisor who did not identify herself) and told she us they did not use trash bags or liners. At that point, the housekeeper told her she found one , gave it to us and they both left. On the second night of our stay from 12:00 PM to 2:00 AM, the guests in the room above 106 had kids who were jumping up and down, laughing and screaming. The adults were loud talking and knocking on doors. Because of safety concerns for us, staff and leaving the hotel early the next day, the noise was not reported due to a car with a man in it, parked in backwards next to ours. The man was sitting in the dark, in the small white car with no license plates, with the back window broken out covered with plastic. In the morning when we left the car was still there but without the man in it. Will definitely not stay there again.

the staff insisted on taking my credit card even though I paid in advance; for amenities-which there were no to take advantage of! it is just a way to take advantage of using more of my money for several days! because they charged my credit card for the room the day I booked a week in advance for the night I stayed anyway!!! not a fan!!!
