Breakfast area just too small for the size of hotel, too many people trying to get at items at once. Also people think it's ok to put their hands in the bread and beagles then change their mind and put them back after handling them as they don't seem to know what the tongs are for.

Clean hotel and handy for the airport, shuttle bus is a bonus. Nice staff at reception and check in was easy.

Only one very slow elevator. It would take 10 min to go up or down each time. With luggage in the morning was a nightmare. Front staff at arrival was also a bit rough and impatient

Flexibility with early check in view of long haul flights from Singapore as they do have rooms available. They wanted to charge US$75 for early check in at 10am.

Near airport with free shuttle. Hotel staff were friendly & delightful. Breakfast was fuss free with free coffee & tea throughout our stay. Great value for money as we were booking pre cruise . I would stay again if ever in Newark .

Air conditioning difficult to regulate. Either it kept blowing and when stopped, room was musty/ stuffy. Can’t tell which really.

The breakfast was was good and had a variety of items. I feel that they could have added breakfast pastries and jogurts to the menu.

The take-away breakfast bag was not very generous, the cold bagel was not very appetising. This was only a small thing though, we were leaving at 5am!

We used this hotel as a stopover because it was close to Newark. We arrived late (9pm) and and left early but the free shuttle bus was operating both times and it worked very well- FYI despite it's location, it is not possible to walk there from the airport. Staff were welcoming and the room was a good size for our family of four. Hotel was quiet overnight despite it's location near the main roads and airport.

Shuttle was excellent. staff were very friendly and helpful when I asked about getting into the city. I missed out on breakfast, but that's only because I slept past it, having arrived at 1.30am!

Filthy carpet

It was convenient to the airport but the carpet in our room was disgusting. Red stains or dark red stains I don’t know if it was blood or wine or what but they need to get into the 21st century and stop using carpet. However the stall shower was terrific

Breakfast was good - nice to have a protein option. The check-in staff were welcoming and efficient. My favorite was the shuttle driver from the hotel at 6:30 a.m. to the airport. Super nice man.

Nowhere to get dinner, you can't walk anywhere and nothing onsite. Can get delivery, but only a few options. . A/c was so loud I had to turn it off, but too noisy with the airport to sleep with the window open!

Friendly staff, frequent shuttle was great. Good to have breakfast, although I wish it wasn't all disposable dishes and utensils.

Specially Why front desk was so serious. It was not welcoming at all.No smile on the face while check in and chek out or ordering/buying something from front desk. I think, they dont fit for hospitality domain. While having breakfast "Pamela Valdez" came over asked where abouts,Felt good. Apart from this, Location is far if you want to visit newyork attractions.

Room size is good. Cleanliness is good, Breakfast is just fine,not many options in veg. Shuttle service is appreciated, but we need to book earlier.
