Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesWhen I made my reservation, I specifically booked this hotel because it seemed like parking was included in the reservation. However, parking was not included with my booking, even though I had asked the front desk to confirm it was included. I guess I was misunderstood and got charged anyway ($55 a day). The air conditioning in our room did not work so we weren't able to get it nice and cold but at least it wasn't extremely warm. We also did not have a fridge in our room so if you have drinks or snacks I would make sure they aren't perishable. Also, for those of you who are traveling economically or using a debit/credit card, be prepared to be charged the deposit of $350 for the stay, and maybe they will charge your card 2-3 times as they did mine but they return it within 3-5 business days (will update if not true.)
We drove in from Colorado to stay at this hotel to spend the weekend in Los Angeles but from past experiences with flying into LAX it seems to be in a very reasonably close area to the airport, there is also a parking garage behind it that you can use if you are heading out from LAX. The lobby and location were great, they were in a very nice area surrounded by other hotels and easy to get to. The room was comfortable, the staff were kind and very willing to help. The gym area was also really nice with a variety of things to do. The housekeeping staff was very kind and cleaned the room well. The view from our room was also nice, we got a center room in the middle of the building so we were able to see the Budget rental but also the sunrise and sunset.

United StatesMy room wasn’t clean compared to other rooms I’ve stayed in. Wall’s looked like a child with dirty hands ran through it before I checked in windows were dirty inside and out. Room dresser and nightstand need to be redone or replaced it looked like second hand furniture and the mattress looked like it came from Salvation Army

United StatesThey held a total of $350 it was just stated that management requires it, but the guest behind us said they only had a hundred deposit. It seemed racist. The best room was not the best room. Towels were not clean. Messed up Brand Name by being so limited and uncaring about health. No AC in room.

TV was on its last legs, kept scrambling the screen. I didn't have the breakfast, pricy for 1. You should have a small option for singles who don't eat much. Service was lovely.
