The room was damp it felt like the beds were wet and we didn’t have enough towels in the room for my family we had to ask for more and they made us take back the ones we did have in the room before they gave us more.

The property overall is good but keep in mind this is a 3 star hotel not a 5 star. When checking into the hotel the evening staff were not the friendliest. I booked my stay through booking.com and paid extra to get a room with a pool view. They tried to tell me this wasn’t possible. I knew better because this is my 5th are 6th time staying at this property! They did fix this after going back and forth for a few minutes and did finally get me a room with a pool view. The morning staff were really nice and friendly but the evening staff not so much. Maybe it was the room situation. I know them all for the most part because I have been there many times. Also I noticed on this trip the breakfast wasn’t as good. Maybe it’s because of the economy. The waffles didn’t cook all the way and just turned soft the gravy was very bland and didn’t have sausage in it and there were no muffins just bread. The breakfast had always been good in the past so hopefully they will fix this.

I love the location and the view of the pool and palm trees! So when booking if you like what you see in this picture make sure you click on pool view and maybe even call ahead to confirm your room and view. The ocean view is really the Kroger parking lot and you can see the ocean with your window blinds open. I did feel comfortable and safe at this hotel!

Dark, old room with black mold everywhere. Bath was not working. Water was everywhere, we couldn't dry our staff . Super noisy from outside (road) and inside ( neighbors)

For the price I paid. I expect to have towels in my room when I get there. I had to go to the front desk for towels at 11pm. The room was clean but not wiped down, there was sticky stuff on the night stand and tables. The rooms need to be upgraded for 180 plus a night. Just my opinion.

The shower didn't work that great, the faucet kept dripping, I couldn't find a working ice machine, and the bed wasn't comfortable.

There was 1 tree roach that crawled on ceiling in the middle of the night ,However besides that it was clean .I told front desk and she said she would notate that.That was it .When hotel sends you a property survey I did not see any where to notate about big tree roach .

The beds are hard as a rock. I have a bad back and left there hurting. I couldn't do anything with my family due to my back hurting from sleeping on the bed.

The elevator!! It was awful!! That and we kept having to fill up the toilet tank with water ourselves because it wouldn’t flush

Cons - We didn't get our room cleaned once in 4 nites!!! Staff were friendly, but failed to follow thru with requests for housekeeping to clean our room even once. Disappointing.

Pros - Great, clean room & comfy bed. Breakfast was very good - lots of options. Pool was great. We asked for a room overlooking the pool and where we could see the Gulf and were accommodated. We really liked that. Property is safe. Garage great and safe. Overall property was very, very clean. Maintenance guys were excellent. Excellent value for money. Would recommend and definitely stay here again.
