Staff smoking right in front of the door. I should not be forced to walk through cigarette smoke.

Breakfast was pretty good, need to fix the pancake machine. Many options which was great. The location was very nice.

The remote control was absolutely disgusting. It had caked up food and what looked unmentionable, on it and I spent the first half hour cleaning it for use. There were no gluten free options so we had to grab fruit or go elsewhere instead of getting to eat breakfast and sleep in.

We came for a quiet sleep retreat. The shower was great albeit, there were some hairs left behind that were missed by the custodians. The bed was comfortable.

I don't like that all the rooms are adjoining- this doesn't always give me the level of security I would like while traveling alone. Nothing has happened that would make me fearful to stay at the hotel I just don't like the adjoining rooms!!! Maybe you should consider having a few rooms that are NOT adjoining even if it's only on the first floor!

It is always very clean and breakfast is good especially the GRITS!!! :) The staff is always friendly and helpful. It is close to my destination for business which was my first reason for choosing this hotel and this location. after staying a couple of times, I choose this hotel all the time now for business in Indianapolis!

The area is not walkable. No sidewalks beyond the property however it was close to the business I was visiting.

Staff was not so great. Tried to check in early (2pm) and the front desk guy told us that our room wasn't ready. When asked how long before it would be ready, he said around 3:30pm. Check in was at 3pm. The whole time we were trying to check in, he was on the phone handling personal business. So, we had to find something to do for an hour until our room was ready. When we came back more than an hour later, our room wasn't ready. So, we had to switch rooms. Then asked housekeeping for extra pillows, and never got them.

The facility was clean, had nice amenities and very quiet.

The hotel was a bit too isolated for my liking. There were no restaurants or grocery stores anywhere around it. I was a bit disappointed that there was not coffee or tea available all the time.

Bed was very hard, pillows were small and felt like they were stuffed with pieces of foam so they offered no support. I kept having to "fluff" them up just to be able to prop my head up. An outside trash bin was overflowing when we arrived at 4:30 pm and was still overflowing when we left at 11:30 am the next day. The pool was closed for maintenance on a Saturday in the summer. I was looking forward to using it. There was nothing on their site nor on Booking.com stating as such. Had I known I would have made reservations elsewhere. There is a fee to use WiFi. I've never had to pay to use WiFi anywhere I've stayed before. We ended up using the Hotspot function on my phone to use our tablets.

Friendly and helpful staff, room and bathroom were very clean, room furnishings provided ample space for clothing, the room itself was spacious and nice, and hotel location was away from the highway so it was very quiet. Plenty of power outlets in the room, as well as USB outlets for charging phones, tablets, etc. A hairdryer and iron were also available in the room for guests to use which was great as we forgot our hairdryer. The vending area had a good selection of snacks and drinks and were able to be charged to our room. Breakfast was good, though other guests were using their personal coffee tumblers so the hotel dispensers were being emptied repeatedly at the expense of other guests.

The breakfast was just ok. The beds were just ok( too soft ), and they sheets did not start on either bed life they were to small so the masters was exposed, they don't have encased mattresses which i really prefer in a hotel

The staff was very nice, the pool was down for maintenance and they called a sister hotel that was about 5 miles away and we were able to go there to swim. That was great service in my opinion

There were ants in the room, even when we switched rooms. The 2nd bed had broken down on one side as well.

The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The pool was clean and fun. We appreciated the late hours that it was open bc we had so many activities to do but didn't want to miss out on swimming!

Bathroom door handle doesn’t lock. Main door handle (inside) touching the door surface sometimes when used.

The bathroom room didn't lock. The hairdryer didn't work. Only 1 roll of toilet paper and the kleenex box had only 3 tissues in it. We were a family of 4 so that was a big deal. Also the exhaust fan didn't not work.
