just the elevators that would take long sometimes but understandable due to everyone going up and down for the pool /activities / beach.

The best staff and love how you don’t even have to leave the hotel.. you have everything their and the kids are always happy! Soooo many activities for them it was just soooo amazing and worth every penny.

The hotel seems to be at it’s capacity and there were lines at the elevators all the time, but it wasn’t something that bothered us much. It can be noisy in the rooms sometimes because they have loud music all day long (sometimes until 9pm). We missed more shadow spaces in the pool area. Food is good, but for those staying one week long they should definitely consider adding more healthy options and natural juices at the bar as natural smoothies, bowls and wraps. Breakfast buffet is beautiful but it’s pricey for bigger families that stay longer.

We had a wonderful time as a family of three with a toddler. Rooms were clean and beds were good. The beach was calm and clear, but they also have a nice pool, lazy river and splash pad. There are some points to be update but it seems that they are always aware of it and making sure that you have a good experience. You can have restful beach/pool days with kids, they have everything you need (just be aware that you will pay for it unless you bring some stuff you need from home).

I would have liked that the water was heated all the way thur May, it was still a bit chilly and the heated water would have been nice. Possibly another hot tub, because the one was crowded the whole time.

It has everything! You don’t even have to leave the property. The staff is amazing, the pools are amazing. There is nothing lacking for a family, plenty of options for all!

This is my first visit to this hotel and I can define several points in favour : The parking , the food in general , the connection to the beach and the ocean . One point which the management should take care of is part of the internal furniture .

I actually was supposed to be in a condo but had to switch over to you all because you was the only one that had rooms so it ended up being a hotel room instead of a condo with a bedroom and living room and kitchen. Actually, there wasn’t anything bad except being like a hotel room.

The pool in the lazy river was a great plus access to the beach was very nice

Our first night there we arrived late and went to the restaurant outdoors. It took over an hour to get our food and it was all very cold when it arrived. We told the waiter and he got us some additional hot sweet potato fries, but that didn't replace our cold sandwiches. For the price we paid, this was very disappointing. Everything else on the trip went very well!

The staff was amazing! Our waitress at The View, Janene, did an outstanding job taking care of our family. All the staff at the View were extremely helpful. The gentleman (maybe Richard) making the omelettes at the buffet was fantastic. he made the best omelettes we have ever eaten and he was so friendly. The facility was kept so clean. This is one of the biggest reasons that I will return someday. The cleanliness of the facility made it feel like a resort and like the management/owners actually care about the customers experience.
