Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaMy first room wasn’t clean. I had to switch rooms and go back and forth to the front desk which cost me alot of time to get ready for the event.
I liked the security of the property (except when i returned to the hotel that evening a family was waiting for food to be delivered and offering to key strangers in). It was nice, clean, and not busy.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast was a little lacking in selection, with some empty shelves. There was also a loud alarm ringing throughout the breakfast room.
Location was good for the State theater. Room was spacious and clean. Parking was easy. The price was great, especially for new years eve.

United States of AmericaBreakfast could have used a few more options, including a protein. We ate breakfast at 9:10 AM, and they didn't seem to be refilling anything.
Everything was clean, secure and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the use of space and furniture in the room.

CanadaI wish the pool had longer open hours. I chose that hotel because it had a pool, but it was closed both times I wanted to use it. If there’s never a lifeguard on duty anyhow, why restrict what time people can swim? Some technical issues: 1 Needed a warning sign to tell me the kitchen sink had a garburator. I flicked the switch on while looking for a light. Could have done worse than just startle me. 2) The toilet in our room had a shutting off issue and handle jiggling couldn’t help. I had to take the back off the toilet and adjust the stopper after every single flush. 3) Parking was not ideal. Given that it’s either random street parking, or a lot that’s a fair distance away, I would suggest they put a short maximum time limit on one or two of the spots directly in front of the entrance, for people to load and unload their cars.
The staff were amazing! Above and beyond helpful. The breakfast was surprisingly good. My kids loved making their own waffles. The room was very spacious and clean. More USB outlets than we needed, which is a rare treat.

United States of AmericaThe only thing I didn't like was having to pay to park my car. My son and husband felt a little unsafe walking from parking garage to hotel.
We were greeted by the super friendly staff and given extra towels as we had a room for 6. Room was excellent. Very clean. Beds and hid-a-bed were very comfortable. Breakfast was good too with lots of variety.

United States of AmericaInstructions on how to use the parking garage could have been better but that's my only complaint.
The bed wast super comfy. I love the feather pillows and soft sheets. It was clean and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. It was in walking distance to a lot of stuff. And the homeless were non aggressive. One of the best places I've stayed and looking forward to going back.

United States of AmericaThat the Hilton garden comes first in the walk way to the hotel. Especially when you have little ones, sometimes that's quite the trek when you need to run to the car for something or hauling bags back and forth with young ones. Also, I can't count how many times we had to stop our 2 year old from getting her fingers pinched everywhere. Maybe a little too modern for families with young ones.
I liked how safe it felt in our rooms. Needing a key to get everywhere is really nice, especially for families. We liked the laid back modern feeling. Very clean and felt high end. Room was very clean, the products available in the shower to use were very nice! Friendly staff, clean lobby. Responsive to calls.
