Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesParking. You have to pay for parking and you have to use a car parking garage that is far away if your lot gets full which it does because three hotels share parking. The garage was well lit but I not a fan of them while traveling as a female for obvious reasons. They should remove the parking fee.

United StatesThe only thing we did not like was the bed linens . Our blanket was not a blanket ! Both beds had a dust ruffle on top of the bed to be used as a blanket ! It was really uncomfortable , I didn’t sleep well because of it. Everything else was exceptional.

United KingdomNo enough storage in the bedroom. We were in room 627 and the angled wall on the left of the bed meant there was no 2nd bedside unit. Also booking.com messed up the bookings. We'd booked and cancelled but booked again and paid in full. The cancelled reservation was not cancelled by booking.com correctly and the new reservation didn't make it through. We therefore had a lot of worry on checkout when we were charged on our credit card by the hotel for the stay, effectively paying twice. They were excellent in resolving the matter.
Location relative to Disney was excellent. Complimentary breakfasts and Mickey Waffles!

United StatesThe parking fee seemed a little much. I forgot to place the pass on my dash multiple nights while in the parking garage and nothing happened. I don't feel this was ever checked at all and feels like just a cash grab. Beds were ok but were not the best. Expected more from a Hilton property.
Breakfast was great and made the morning far easier. The location to Disney was perfect. Just close enough to make travel to the parks fast but far enough where you could take a mental break.

It's a new, clean, wonderful place especially for families. It's right by the entrance gate to Disney World property. Target, other shops and food places are within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast waffles in shape of Mickey was a nice touch. Pool and slide was what the kids really enjoyed in the end of busy day.
